Horowitz tweeted today the title of this episode.
It’s “The Outsider”.
I think that Barrett is the outsider.

Now I’m back to pondering my little theory of him being a real world person as opposed to someone from a magical land.
Episode 11 has been confirmed to be Belle’s first character centric episode. So, I’m curious as to why her episode is title “The Outsider.” Poor Belle. 😥

The title could do double duty in that case, because I checked and according to the Once Wiki, this is indeed meant to be Barrett’s first ep, and one of the things we know about him is that he’s gonna be a “visitor” to SB.
I wondered in the title thread for ep10 if that one might be about Hook vs Rumple. If that theme was set up in ep10, then Belle could be feeling very much on the “outside” in ep11, if suddenly the topic of Milah has come to the forefront. If Hook gets Rumple all fired up over Milah, Belle could get a bit of a, “what about me” complex going on. Perhaps.
Yeah, I think either Jane Espensen or the director of episode 11 sent a tweet saying that episode 11 is Belle’s episode. So, whoever Ethan Embry is supposed to playing, he may be conected to Belle’s past.
David Solomon has been hired to direct episode 11, and he recently tweeted that he just got done shooting Belle’s first character centric episode. Lana Parilla also tweeted that she and Emilie just shot a lot of scenes together.
