Well, Gold did say that the curse moved them through time and space. So we assume that Bae arrived, at age fourteen to our world when Emma was seven. The vortex could have sucked him straight into our world and Rumple’s curse allowed him to arrive beforeBae, kind of like in “Back to the Future” Marty meets his parents before they really do.
Hmm…if he was Peter or a lost boy he’d have gotten stuck in our world when the curse hit. So the age difference is a problem. Therefore negating all the Peter/Bae/Neal theories. Although, I do love them. Having Bae as Peter is irresistable and full of symmetry.
A tiny part of me is thinking that maybe Henry is really Peter. But then I tell myself it’s rediculous and don’t think about it anymore.
Argh, my brain hurts. All this math and curses and clues are going to drive all of us insane.

There is another possible explaination.
Neal’s wanted poster tells me that he was arrested before….it has his stats, so…
We don’t know if Bae (Peter Pan?) was stuck in our world when the curse hit.
What if he wasn’t? 😕
If Neal is Bae (which I think he is,(PP, too) thanks to TheGoldenKey’s theory that she’s had since last February)
What if he was able to travel between worlds even after the curse?
If so, he got stuck in our world in 1991 – arrested for stealing?
1991-14=1977( Neal’s birth date on the wanted poster)
He travels between our world and Neverland, gets caught by authorities in our world in 1991. He’s still 14, so, they go by the year 1977 as a birthdate.
He’s sent to juvie, starts to age, which prevents him from going back to Neverland, and that’s why he’s stuck in our world.
Would explain the 1977 on the wanted poster.

Keeping my fingers crossed but I’m feeling the same torn between theory feeling that I had with AWB being Bae or Pino, way back when.

I’m going by the fact that Cora put a dome over the ‘safe haven’ that Lancelot referred to as an island. Neverland was an island…was shaped like a horseshoe, similar in shape to the island Cora put a dome over.
I could be wrong, idk, it’s just what I think.Love to theorize, though 🙂

They haven’t confirmed as yet what state the other worlds were in during the cursed years, so I think it’s entirely possible that they were still up and running, and still are. Regina’s only real concern was screwing with the inhabitants of her own world, and Rumple created the curse to get to our world, so I don’t see why all the other worlds would have factored into it.
We’ve now seen how Hook ended up in FTL, so we know that wasn’t a result of the curse, so the curse didn’t necessarily screw up Neverland. Same deal with Cora, she came back from Wonderland pre-curse. Other characters we’ve seen in SB who are associated with other lands:
Jefferson – If Regina had figured out that the whole attempt to bring back Daniel had been fake, then of course she’d punish him by specifically writing him into the curse with the stipulation that he can see and remember his love, his daughter, but was unable to be with her. So if he was an isolated case, there’s no need for Wonderland to have been screwed up.
Victor – Again, if Regina had figured out about the fake attempt to bring Daniel back, she’d have every reason to want to write Victor into the curse, to punish him by taking him away from his land, and his brother. So if he was an isolated case, there’s no need for his world to have been screwed up.
Smee – Hook’s ship was in FTL, so it’s likely that his crew was there too, and if not his whole crew, he’d at least have likely taken Smee as his right hand man, (or should that be left hand man?) and it just so happened that Smee was outside the safety bubble when the curse hit. So again, no need for Neverland to have been screwed up.
So unless and until they show one of the other lands during the cursed years, or in present day, I’m gonna assume that they were unaffected.
Phee brought up another interesting point in another thread. In the Canadian promo for 2×11, we see Barrett’s car losing control as it crosses over the SB town line. Hook seems to be on top of it and is flung off. Talk about sweet revenge if Barrett is PP and his first order of business, when driving into town, is to take out Hook with his car! 😆

We could still meet Peter Pan in our world this season, without them revealing that he's Peter Pan, or showing Peter Pan flashbacks yet, and technically they won't have lied. 😉
I don’t think that Barrett is Peter Pan for a couple of reasons
One is that thewriters said we were not going to see Peter Pan this seasonNext is Lana stated in an interview was that he was anyone from FTL that we would recognize. Though being Peter would make him not look the same, but it would be like August growing up, and remember what Regina said about August looking vaguely familiar. I think that someone like Hook or Smee would recognize or see similarities between he and Peter therefore would make Lana’s statement false.
Also based on Lana’s statement about the character as well as the reveal of Cora as the Queen of Hearts gave me a idea of who he really is. How could he be someone the characters not recognize but yet be from FTL, and be a same age as he was. Maybe because like Cora as the Queen of Hearts, he wore a mask. And what fairytale character has been known to travel between our world and another and is known as the man behind the mask? The wizard of oz. Maybe because he was originally from this land that when the curse hit it didn’t take him to SB but just made him stop aging. It would fit in the timeline as well as make sense why no one recognizes him and how he found SB.
Also we know that fairytale characters have an act of finding each other in our world so it wouldn’t be so crazy if maybe Neal knows him and asked him to go to SB to see how Emma as well as Rumple are doing so he could have some insight before he has two crazy reunions
