Another day, another familiar face returning to Once Upon a Time for the 100th episode.
Giancarlo Esposito will reprise his role as Sidney Glass, a.k.a. the Magic Mirror, in the landmark episode, EW has learned exclusively.

Who said all the returning guest stars had to be dead characters? Sure the majority of them will likely be, but it seems like this 100th episode could be extending to returning characters in general.

Sure, sure. I expect we’ll see several past character live or dead, but given the Underworld theme and the title, dead people make more sense. (Like, why do we need to see Sydney?)

This type of special episode with so many characters would definitely warrant one.
wishful thinking but… Perhaps there will be some Genie action going on next half and Sidneys there to help them out. Perhaps Jafar’s bottle poofed itself into the underworld as further punishment from Nyx.

Keeper Of Tamara's Taser , Jafar's Staff, Kitsis’s Glasses , Ariel’s Tail, Dopey's Hat , Peter Pan’s Shadow, Outfit, & Pied Cloak,Red Queen's Castle, White Rabbit's Power To World Hop, Zelena's BroomStick, & ALL MAGICI think it’s more likely that he’ll only be in it as the Mirror in the Flashback section. Larry did tweet a picture of the Mirror about 2 weeks ago and the week before that Adam tweeted a picture of The Evil Queen’s carriage. It’s possible that they were in early stages of prepping for this episode.
