On Once Upon a Time, how many episodes will the Snowing curse last? — SnowingFan
Unfortunately, it’s going to be a while. The pressure of the curse paired with Charming being ready to kill the Evil Queen and the lingering question of what really happened to his father means David is not doing OK. “What we’re seeing through David is somebody who is at his wits end,” EP Edward Kitsis says. “This curse with his wife, I think that what we’re seeing is that he’s staying up too late. Without Snow, you’re seeing him starting to give into darker impulses. That should not be a thing. This curse is going to go on too long for sure.
Quick and easy drama im guessing.
It doesnt make logical sense that Charming goes dark without Snow, as if shes his moral center or something. But im guessing hes going to get desperate and willing to do some questionable things to be rid of EQ or whomever and wake her.
Just like with dark snow, i bet it gets hyped and goes nowhere at all.

That is why they are doing this. He wouldn’t do it after he told her he wouldn’t if she was awake.
That is the problem with all the couples on this show. Once characters are part of a couple, they stop having a personality. They are just this weird, unrealistic, unit, instead of flawed people with wants who make mistakes and make choices outside of their unit. It is bad writing. That is all it is.
With Snow sleeping, it allows David to pursue the death of his father. That is why they are doing this. He wouldn’t do it after he told her he wouldn’t if she was awake.
I don’t mind this idea so long as Snow has a genuine reaction and storyline *after* she wakes up and realizes that David did what he promised not to do.
