As our favorite heroes and villains head to the Underworld in a bid to save Hook, EW has decided it’s time to put Once Upon a Time executive producers Adam Horowitz and Edward Kitsis in The Hot Seat, where they have the option of answering your questions from Twitter with “Yes,” “No” or “Can’t say.” Get the scoop below:

[adrotate group="5"]December 24, 2015 at 3:04 pm #314418RumplesGirlKeymasters the Underworld only full of villains?
KITSIS AND HOROWITZ: No.It’s only full of the toys we want to play with again
If they can bring Hook (Colin O’Donoghue) back, is there a chance they can bring anyone else back?
HOROWITZ: Who said they can bring back Hook?
KITSIS: He may die there. To be honest, he’s already dead.
HOROWITZ: He may die harder.
KITSIS: He may rot there.Yes and tomorrow pigs may fly.
Emma plans to split her heart to share it with Hook. Will it be as easy as that?
KITSIS: It never is.
HOROWITZ: No.Because there will be some sort of magical mcguffin
Does Henry have an Operation name for the search for Hook yet?
KITSIS: Yup.I vote Operation Katabasis
Is there a deeper motive for Rumple (Robert Carlyle) wanting to become the Dark One again that will be explored in 5B?
KITSIS: Yes.
HOROWITZ: We’re going to attempt to delve deeper into his psyche.Let me guess. His motivation is that he’s TOTES EVIL GUYZ with absolutely no nuance or complexity outside of Black Hat
Will Rumple act any different with his Dark One powers now that he became a hero?
HOROWITZ: Yeah, Rumple is an evolving character, so yes, he’s going to be continuing to grow and change based on all the experiences we’ve seen him go through over the course of the show.LOL they think Rumple is an evolving character. How cute.
Will we find out the significance of Rumple’s dagger looking different now?
KITSIS: I believe that is because when he stole the Dark power from everybody and put it into a new dagger, we’re seeing the effects of the merged, re-formed Excalibur reverting back into a dagger.50 bucks says Eddy just made that up on the spot.
Will Lily’s (Agnes Bruckner) quest to find her father ever be addressed?
HOROWITZ: Not immediately, but it’s on our to do list.Oh sweet baby Moses.

I doubt I'll hear any feedback on this. #OnceUponATime #Oncers https://t.co/uwXchV00IW

Oh sweet Jesus. Okay, on the one hand yeah he gets a lot of crap from people on Twitter, but on the other hand, Adam…this does not help
"He was a lot of things to me" "The only conclusion was love"December 24, 2015 at 7:46 pm #314420PriceofMagicParticipantWhat’s the odds Henry call the mission Operation Phoenix because of bringing someone back from the dead even though that should totally be the name of the mission for bringing back Baelfire?
Glad to see that Emilie WILL still be on the show.
I think Rumple’s motivation will be Baelfire. We won’t be getting Neal, and Rumple probably won’t be able to bring Bae back (I think Bae will tell Rumple to go back to Belle and be a good father to the RumBelle baby) but it’s possible that we may get some real heartwrenching scenes…. or at least we have the potential but knowing how A&E like to skip over emotional scenes in favour of action who knows.
So Camelot is just getting ignored now, we’ll get a quick explanation of what happened off-screen and that’ll be it. That’s bad storytelling and the writers need to buck up.
Although I doubt it, I think it’s interesting that the writers hint that Hook may not be brought back. What’s the odds the writers try and play up a love triangle between Milah, Hook and Emma?
5B actually has the POTENTIAL to be good (or at the very least better than 5A) but what it potentially could be and what it actually is are two totally different things. We will have to wait and see.
All magic comes with a price!

I don’t know why anyone ever believed otherwise, tbh. Her screen time will be just as limited as it always has been.
I think Rumple’s motivation will be Baelfire.
Doubtful. Rumple didn’t want to go to the Underworld at all. He just wanted his power back. Had Emma not threatened to expose his secret, he never would have ventured off to the Underworld at all, even though he’s apparently had the ability to go there since “coming back” in S3B. His motivation is probably something about being power hungry and greedy because that’s how the writers conceptualize him.
"He was a lot of things to me" "The only conclusion was love"December 24, 2015 at 8:05 pm #314422RainbowParticipantOk, maybe i got it wrong and with me being tired of the holidays to many things to do, so probably my brain got frozen, but did they just said that the Dead people in the UW could be killed and die even tho they are dead already? Im sorry, but if i got it right, they are not even trying anymore to actually make sense.

That’s kinda what it sounds like, and that there’s something worse than death. My guess is the “something worse” is the inability to move on.

My guess is that if somebody dies while in the Underworld, they cease to exist completely. There’s no more afterlife for them. They’re just totally gone.

So my brain is not that bad as i thought, i was. IF the worst it can happens is to stay in this UW, so means next arc, besides making good character moving on bc of some finish issues deals, they will probably redeem some past villains( one per epi, in 512 maybe Pan and Cora) and send them maybe to i will call it Elysium and say they are now nice people. So conclusion is they are not even trying anymore, bc the fact that they stated that dead people can be killed and die again, is just for me, just go along and simply wait for the show to run his course, so not even worth trying to come out with something less no sense than usual.

Interesting. That might solve the Graham and Nealfire conundrum without going down the “heaven” route

Actually that will only make more questions, bc means that they died in SB and then something happened to them in UW that made them die again after they were already dead, probably killed by someone and so they no longer exist?, that will create a even more rant than there already exists and will mak them explain to much, they can use that rule for the SB gang, that if they die there they wont be able to go back, but doesnt explain the ones that are already dead, especially bc that is not hell, that appears to be a place where they keep with their lifes and work, etc.
Of course that their moving on, may not be Heaven, but reencarnation, and they may also say graham and neal, this if they even mention them, moved on and their souls reencarnated. Although back on 512 filming Robbie tweeted some pics that he later edited the subtitle, that was champs elysees( french form for elysium fields)and he was in some forest on this pics, so they may have heaven, so this thing that somehow Graham and neal died again and Pan and Cora may end in elysium is a bit absurd, but in the end, these theories are to much for ouat, bc they may end changing story in the middle of the arc and in ouat tradition, no answers will be given and neal or graham wont even be mentioned and UW rules wont be explained.
