Though the storybook was burned, it reconstitutes and subsequently ends. Yes, it’s the end of this book, but not their story. Everyone gets to keep living happily ever after together. And yet, in a flash to the future that echoes the pilot, a young girl named Lucy (Alison Fernandez) shows up at an adult Henry’s (Andrew J. West) door, exclaiming that his family needs his help. She’s the same little girl whom an adult Henry in the Enchanted Forest employed to protect the storybook when a darkness came for him in what turned out to be a flash forward. What does this mean?! EW turned to executive producers Adam Horowitz and Edward Kitsis to find out.

I don’t know that I like the idea of Henry having a child and not knowing about her or not taking care of her. He comes from such a big loving family! Emma was 17 and in jail and you can understand her desicions on some level, but why would Henry do it?

How were we supposed to understand that based upon the show? I also agree about Henry and his daughter. Their were a lot of reasons why that happened with Emma and Henry. She grew up alone with no parents. She had no home. She had no family to help her with a child. Neal left her. She was in jail. She was seventeen. There were a lot of reasons whereas Henry has a family and has support and all sorts of things.
Though, if Henry got someone pregnant and they left and never told him they had a child. I guess that is probably what happened. Because men can have babies and no know about them, whereas women are usually aware.

At least they are when they end up giving birth 🙂
I think Henry is probably cursed so he does not remember magic or the enchanted forest. My question is how did he get to the EF in the first place and why was her there?

Exactly. Emma gave birth so she knew about Henry, whereas Henry could get someone pregnant and she could leave and him not know.
I still think it is weird he would close the door in the girls face.

May 15, 2017 at 1:14 pm #338663MichaelBlockedYeah and I suspect that what made Henry lose belief is obviously this curse and also probably whatever happened to his wife.
I don’t think it has anything to do with his family.
May 15, 2017 at 2:37 pm #338668PriceofMagicParticipantI hope we don’t start getting too many flash forwards. It made Lost confusing and it could end up making this show confusing.
I think they could use season 7 to show the Disney characters whose movies were set in the real world eg Tiana from Princess and the Frog, Moana, the Sanderson sisters from Hocus Pocus, a version of Lion King, etc. The whole premise of the show was about a real world character finding themselves amongst fairy tale characters. To take that away is to take away the essence of what the show once was. Also the lack of Storybrooke is concerning. They should’ve ended at season 6, I can’t see how they’re going to drag it out beyond season 7.
All magic comes with a price!
