He’s younger than I expected. And yeah, I’d rather he be Hook’s father than hook be his father. The would be just too…no.
Although for the sheer sake of drama television, imagine if Hook and Mila are the parents of Arthur. BOOM. PLOT TWIST. I’d hate it but thatd be one heck of an episode.

I mean you say that like the writers couldn’t easily get around that with a wave of their hand. Suddenly Camelot is frozen in time and Arthur never ages but sent his young sons Killian and Liam off to live in a land with time! (see, problem solved)

If Camelot is frozen in time then that completely screws with the Neverland arc as Pan wouldn’t have needed the heart of the truest believer because he could’ve just moved to Camelot and stayed young there without the threat of dying like he was in Neverland.

You think the writers remember their plot from 2 seasons ago?

Well, after Comic-con we now know Camelot’s timeline is completely screwy and could potentially have existed during Killian’s time in the naval army.

This completely reopens the door for the King Authur = Killian’s dad theories.

Sean Macguire also hinted that there could be a Lion tattoo/Richard the Lionheart/Camelot type of connection in one of his Comic con interviews.

Also, if Arthur has Excalibur, there’s no telling what powers he could potentially draw from the sword. Eternal life, like the Dark One’s dagger offers the Dark One, could also be something Excalibur offers. If that’s true, he could be Hook’s dad. However, I wouldn’t be disappointed if Hook and Arthur weren’t related.

I wonder if Excalibur and the Dark One’s dagger will have any connections. Like maybe they work the same way.

I just can’t get the phrase, “The Once and Future King” out of my head when it comes to King Arthur, so maybe Excalibur makes Arthur immortal.

Perhaps Camelot exists in some sort of time loop a bit like Storybrooke did during the curse, the same day but with variations?

They can’t make Camelot similar to Neverland (Time standing still/doesn’t exist) otherwise it makes Pan (a villain set up as a chessmaster type) look extremely dumb that he went through the hassle of changing Neverland’s rules, gathering lost boys, searching for the heart of the truest believer for centuries because he was going to die, ehrn he could’ve avoided it all and moved to Camelot.

Yup. I’m rather convinced by it, to be honest.

It sounds exactly like something OUAT would do.

    I shall repeat myself.

You think they remember/care about their plot from 2 years ago?

On Once it’s not repeating a storyline, it’s creating a parallel.
