David Anders will return to Storybrooke for one episode in the upcoming sixth season of Once Upon a Time, EW has learned exclusively.
The iZombie star will reprise his role as Dr. Whale, a.k.a Victor Frankenstein, who last appeared in a season 5 episode, where he helped deliver Zelena’s (Rebecca Mader) baby.
“If you’re going to have Jekyll [Hank Harris] and Hyde [Sam Witwer], there has to be a mad scientist convention,” executive producer Edward Kitsis says. Adds EP Adam Horowitz: “Let’s just say mad scientists stick together.”

This. Just started on Penny Dreadful, and it’s sooo good. Why did they cancel???? Grrr.
I do hope they don’t spring on us that the Land of Untold Stories is also Fictional Victorian London.
