Simply posting rules (why do I feel like I’ll be doing this a lot come the next few weeks)
1) We all are Oncers. Do not disparage anyone else because of belief over a ship or a theory. Everyone has an interpretation and opinion and I welcome them all.

Congrats, CSers! Even though I favor SF as end-game, I’ve always enjoyed the level of chemistry that Hook and Emma share. It’s a smoldering picture.

So reading between the lines, Jennifer and Colin seem to be saying that a moment of passion does NOT mean wedding bells. I think we still have many miles to go and Emma and Hook still have yet to discover Neal is alive and in NL.

Even though I favor SF I’ve always know CS had to be played out to whatever end–whether it’s SF as endgame or CS. This is the true beginning of the fully fledged triangle. So yes, CS….CELEBRATE!
I think there is a lot we don’t know that is being teased. I wanna know context and especially what happens AFTER this moment. I think Emma is going to say something like “we can’t focus on this *right now* I need to save Henry and you’ve been instrumental in that. So let’s save my son and then we talk.”
(and then of course at some point Neal shows up to make it complicated. lol)

So, this was a kiss between Snowing in Lost Girl.
And this is what we got today!
Between Emma and Hook.
A few things here to note:
Snowing has been an awesome parallel to CS so far. And the first pic of Snowing kissing, mirrors the same body language shared between Emma and Hook in the second. The way Snow/Emma grab the lapels of the jacket. I loved how JMo described the moment as “very human” . Just read an awesome analysis of this on tumblr . The meta made some very interesting points.
JMo could have used animalistic, which would mean lust, passion, raw — which I love my saucy NC-17 fanfiction too — but “human” — that takes on a whole other different meaning. It’s a real connection between them. I have a sneaking feeling even after we get this kiss, there’s still going to be tension between Emma and Hook. A kiss that is ‘very human’ like that isn’t something that’s going to go away. Tension will still be there after the kiss.
It’s also interesting to note that two times we’ve seen Emma in the present kiss a guy (present, not a flashback), it’s been her to initiate said kiss. She did it with Graham and it’s happening with Hook.

While “a very human moment” could mean something more than raw passion, you also need to consider what Jennifer said in the sentence before.

It’s an adrenaline-induced kiss, meaning it’s a kiss they share in a moment of passion. That is not to say it is *just* lust, but it IS a hormone-induced, heat-of-the-moment kiss. Maybe there is a deeper meaning, as you say, but maybe not. Sometimes a kiss is just a kiss and not a declaration of love. Note, this is my opinion without knowing more about the context. I’m just interpreting based on what Jennifer said.

It’s true that Emma is no shrinking violet. She is her father’s daughter after all. Though Graham was the first to kiss Emma, and later she initiated a kiss with him. Also, Emma was the first to say she loves Neal (twice). In the flashback kisses with Neal, Emma leans in at the same moments as Neal, showing it’s mutual.

Emma’s still actively choosing to kiss him. And she’s also realizing the person who’s making everything possible, looking for Henry and helping her, following through on his promises — is Hook. Someone’s putting her first.
I’m just happy were getting a CS kiss. I along with other CS fans know that nothing at least for the time being while Henrys still in danger is going to happen. That doesn’t mean that after the kiss there can’t be some sort of feelings there for both of them. I mean its obvious they have some feelings for each other. Neal obviously will through a wrench things but still.
