Her ashes. We saw earlier in the Season how Rumple used the ashes from the urn, and about how magical ashes still retain magic. So I think Maleficent’s ashes will play a role in her resurrection.

It’ll be interesting to see how she is raised back to life, and yeah, I guess Rumple will hover up those ashes into his sorcerer’s hat, and she’ll come back out wholly alive again in some hand-wavy manner.
