Will we find out the identity of the Sorcerer? KITSIS: Yes. Jafar
That would be beyond retconny timey wimey issues if Sorcerer=Jafar.
Not necessarily. We don’t know the full extent of Nyx’s powers. Who is to say she couldn’t send the bottle back in time?
[adrotate group="5"]"He was a lot of things to me" "The only conclusion was love"April 30, 2015 at 10:18 pm #303372SlurpeezParticipantWill there be nuptials for any of our couples soon?
KITSIS: There will be a wedding in the finale. Whether it goes through or not, you’ll have to watch.Calling it now: In the AU, Regina will be on her way to marry King Leopold when a bandit named Robin Hood steals some crown jewels from her.
If the Author (Patrick Fischler) is able to rewrite stories, might we see an alternate timeline?
KITSIS: Can’t say. That’s a yes. We already know the OQ AU is coming.
Does Belle really love Will (Michael Socha)?
KITSIS: I would say that’s a rebound. Even fairy tale characters have rebounds, people. So Bookthief is a rebound. (As if we couldn’t tell). But really? What does that mean for Will’s character?
Will we finally learn why Will is in Storybrooke?
HOROWITZ: Not immediately. What? We’d better learn eventually! I’m guessing it’s something to do with Jafar and the Sorcerer (who may be the same person)?
Will Belle confront Regina for taking her heart?
KITSIS: Next season.Yeah right! It’ll just be swept under the rug, like so many other big issues.
Will we ever find out how August (Eion Bailey) knew about Neal (Michael Raymond-James)?
HOROWITZ: I sure hope so. I feel like we’ve hinted at it in an indirect way, but we’ll probably get more explicit about it down the line.“A little fairy told me” = Blue Fairy!
Will anyone die (either temporarily or permanently) in the season 4 finale?
KITSIS: Both. Yeah. Decipher that one!Rumple = permanent death
Emma = temporary death, but will be resurrected as dark one in S5Does Lily possess magic?
EDWARD KITSIS: Can’t say.That a big yes. She’s Maleficent’s daughter. She’s a dragon!
Will the topic of Lily’s father be brought up?
HOROWITZ: Yes.Cough, sorcerer, cough! I think Lily’s dad will be Jafar, and he’s the sorcerer.
Will Emma and the Charmings (Josh Dallas and Ginnifer Goodwin) work out their issues?
KITSIS: Keep watching.Emma will die before they get the chance.
Will Killian (Colin O’Donoghue) play a role in bringing Emma back from the darkness?
HOROWITZ: Who says she’s being brought back from the darkness?
KITSIS: But he will play a role in her life.Emma is going to give into the darkness.
Will Page 23 be featured?
HOROWITZ: Yes.OutlawQueen AU time
Will we find out the identity of the Sorcerer?
KITSIS: Yes.He’s Lily’s dad. And Jafar.
Is there a chance of seeing a new Dark One?
HOROWITZ: Can’t say.
KITSIS: There’s always a chance. That’s a yes. The new dark one will be Emma.

April 30, 2015 at 10:33 pm #303373TheGoldenKeyParticipantPermanent death, I’m calling Mal. The show doesn’t need two Dragons. With Lily on board, Mal is now expendable and Mal’s death would surely set off her daughter.
Temporary death, I’m going with Rumple or Emma or both.
Finding out about AWB knowing about Neal, I’m going with the Apprentice. He’s already presented himself to Lily and did a course correction. Makes sense he did the same with AWB.

Agreed. My question is if we’ll actually see it. And did the Apprentice not track down August again after August fled a second time?

Drama and angst for Rumbelle, apparently. And that makes me really mad. I really love for Belle to be in a healthy relationship for once. The last thing I want for her is to go back to Rumple, like she’s always done. He’s just going to lie and manipulate her…it’s a never ending cycle that seriously needs to just stop.
At least with Will, she has more development as her own character instead of just being a prop to make Rumple look better.
May 1, 2015 at 9:27 am #303392KebParticipantI think Lily or Zelena is the most likely to perish for realsies. Rumple will die a temporary death.
(I don’t -want- either to die; I just think that’s the most likely possibility right now.)

Ok, fine… doesn’t mean Emma is going Dark. In the pilot, we saw Emma bang a guy’s head against his steering wheel after he provoked her. If anything, Emma is just a different person outside of Storybrooke. She was raised in the real world and knows who she has to be to survive it.

<p style=”box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px 0px 1.5em; font-family: Helvetica, Arial, serif; background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.74902);”>I don’t think the writers are showing us Emma heading down a dark past. They’re showing us an extreme version of Emma that has always existed. Coming to storybrooke changed her life, and she was resistant to that change for a long time. Venturing back into the real world brings out a side to Emma that we aren’t used to seeing.

<p style=”box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px 0px 1.5em; font-family: Helvetica, Arial, serif; background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.74902);”>After what the Apprentice did to baby Lily/Egg, we are left we two possible outcomes:

All of Emma’s potential for darkness went into Lily, protecting Emma’s heart from darkness ever touching it. In season 2, Cora tried to take Emma’s heart and couldn’t. Could it be because of what the Apprentice did?

<p style=”box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px 0px 1.5em; font-family: Helvetica, Arial, serif; background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.74902);”>Another example, Emma killed Cruella with LIGHT MAGIC. Seems like if the savior were going dark, her magic would’ve taken on a darker color. Regina couldn’t tap in to her Light Magic until she found herself in a good, healthy place emotionally.

<p style=”box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px 0px 1.5em; font-family: Helvetica, Arial, serif; background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.74902);”>2. All the Apprentice did was send the egg, Cruella, and Ursula to a Land Without Magic, having been manipulated by the Author. Maybe the Apprentice’s spell was never about transfering Emma’s darkness. Maybe it was only to get various pieces on the chess board into certain positions for the “final battle” to play out.

<p style=”box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px 0px 1.5em; font-family: Helvetica, Arial, serif; background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.74902);”>We know the Author was manipulating the stories, so maybe he only made the characters think they had transfered darkness into the egg, but all that really happened is that they sent the egg to another land. However, after the most recent episode, we know that the Apprentice blames himself for what happened to Lily so much that he intervened and explained things to her, which makes me think his spell definitely worked.

<p style=”box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px 0px 1.5em; font-family: Helvetica, Arial, serif; background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.74902);”>If it did work, Emma can’t go dark. The only way I could see it happening is if she became the next Dark One.
May 2, 2015 at 11:37 am #303451PriceofMagicParticipantI think the author is going to be killed off.
I actually don’t think Rumple will die, temporary or otherwise. This scene when Rumple was talking to Belle pretty much says that.
We know Rumple’s heart is going black and losing it’s light spots. “In a manner of speaking” is the important part of the scene. Rumple isn’t going to literally die, but he likens his fate to being like death. Rumple has never been wholly evil, there has always been good in him which is what Belle always saw. As he said, he’ll “lose any ability to love” and the goodness that Belle saw in him “will be gone forever”. Rumple’s “death” isn’t a literal one, it’s a metaphorical on, the man Belle knew would be “dead” and in his place will be a loveless monster.

I disagree. Belle doesn’t get any development with Will. Will is not important. She gets more development with Rumple because Rumple is more integral to the story than Will is.Also note that Belle says it’s nice to “spend time” with Will rather than “being a relationship with” or “love”. Also Will’s line from last episode that he’s in the process of stealing Belle’s heart metaphorically implies that he’s aware that she doesn’t love him fully.
I think Will was never meant to be a serious relationship with Will and that’s hinted at in this scene.

This scene is full of Skin Deep call backs. For example, the rose, “You have my word” “then you have mine”. But also Belle says that Will is “nothing more than who he says he is” seems to contrast her line “love is layered, love is a mystery to be discovered” from Skin Deep. Also Belle describes her relationship with Will as “new” whereas the whole BaTB relationship is a “tale as OLD as time”. This scene seems to highlight the differences between the two relationships whilst also emphasising RumBelle.
All magic comes with a price!
