First time i spotted those ribbons was on the beach.

My bet – the ribbons are either for mind/heart control, or mind/heart transfer; turning Emma and Elsa’s bodies into living cabinets to accommodate Helga and Gerda’s minds. What are the chances that Helga and Gerda (in their new bodies) will persuade Ingrid to give up her quest and let them go peacefully in an emotional roller-coaster to end her reign of terror?
