Rumple was cleaning the counter in his shop when the door opened and Belle came in.
“Belle, What’s…”
“I want to divorce” she said.
“So Zelena told you” he whispered.
She didn’t answer. After a few seconds of silence she said: “You know, I’m already used to all your lies, but lying while proposing to me? That’s a new low”.
“I had to Belle!” he said, “She killed my son! I couldn’t let her live! You can understand that right?”.
“You don’t even know what you did don’t you?” she laughed quietly. When he didn’t answer she continued: “You gave me your dagger as a symbol of our mutual trust in each other and our love and now I find out that it was fake? Does it mean our love is fake too?”.
“What? Of course not!” Rumple said.
Belle backed away. “You know what? I can’t even look at you right now” she said and walked towards the door.
“Don’t leave me! I love you!” he yelled desperately when she was about to exit the store.
“But how can I believe it?” she asked and then left without saying another word.
As soon as she left Rumple felt his hand looking for his walking cane. When he found it he lifted it and swinged it around. The sound of shattering glass filled the shop. He had a lot of important things in his shop, magical items he collected for hundreds of years, but he didn’t care. They mattered nothing to him in that moment.
He did it again and again without stopping until there was nothing left to break. Then he sat on the floor and started crying.
After a few minutes he heard the door opening again. “Belle?” he asked hopefully.
Instead he heard a familiar voice: “Rumple, you look… Bad”.
“Oh, Mother Superior, how can I help you?” he asked bitterly.
She laughed. “No, no. I think the question is how I can help you“.
*******
When Emma entered the diner she saw Graham, sitting in a booth, with two cups of hot chocolate with cinnamon on the table. She suddenly felt like all those things that happened during these two years never happened and she was again just the new girl in town, Henry’s birth mother.
Graham smile and said: “Hi”.
“Hi” she replied. She sat in her chair.
“Listen”, she said after a few seconds, “I want to apologize to you”.
“About what?”
“I didn’t believe you when you told me you didn’t have a heart”.
“Emma, no sane person would’ve ever believed something like that. You don’t need to apologize”. Graham said.
“Yeah I guess you’re right…” she wasn’t so sure. “So, tell me what you did before the curse, Mary Margaret told me you were the Huntsman” she said in an attempt to change the subject.
“Nah, it’s not a very interesting story”. Graham blushed.
“Oh come on, I want to know you better, I only know your cursed identity”
“Fine”, he gave up, “but after I tell you, you have to tell me about what you did while I wasn’t here”.
“Deal, but I have to warn you, you might need to order a drink with a bit more alcohol in it to cope with all the craziness…”.
*******
“So you were in the enchanted forest before the curse but didn’t see me?” Graham asked after she finished telling him about her time traveling adventures.
“I saw a lot of other guards though… You know what? It’s probably for the best”
“Really? Why is that?”
“Well, if I’d seen you I would’ve probably dragged you to the portal back here with me” she laughed.
“But if you’d done that I wouldn’t have been there when Regina casted her curse and I wouldn’t have met you in Storybrooke. So basically when we would’ve come out of the portal you would have had no idea who I am” he said.
“Then maybe I would’ve just refused to go back and stayed there with you…” she said dreamily. “I still can’t believe you’re alive, you know?” she held his hand. It was unbelievably warm. “I missed you” she said quietly. She really did love him. Not romantically anymore, she was very happy with her pirate, but even before they kissed, Graham was her friend, her first friend in Storybrooke.
And then she remembered, her pirate.
“I can’t hold your hand like that! I have a boyfriend!” she said and quickly left Graham’s hand.
“What? Are you serious? What’s wrong with holding your friend’s hand? Are you afraid of what he might do to you if he finds out? Emma is he hurting you?” he asked with concern.
“Oh my god no! Is it because he’s a pirate? Didn’t I just now told you how much he changed?”
“Fine, fine! Look, if you truly believe that he’s changed, then I trust your judgment. But promise me one thing” he said.
“What?”
“Be careful”
“I always am” she said quietly.
“You know what? I noticed that the dartboard is still on the wall, How about I’ll beat you like I used to?” he asked.
“I actually got quite good so I think it will be the opposite now” Emma laughed.
“Yeah? We’ll see about that”.

Hook looked through his spyglass. Emma was throwing little arrows on the wall with her sheriff. He saw how relaxed she looked: normally Emma had a very closed posture, usually with crossing her hands, almost like she was ready for the person before her to attack her, but with Graham she didn’t. She looked happy, really happy. It worried him. He knew that he should just be happy that Emma is happy, but he couldn’t help it. He kept thinking about Horowitch’s offer. He can keep Emma. The writers will make her forget her love for her son, her love for this sheriff, even this all town if that’s what it takes, and he will have her infinitely.
But on the other hand, the price was the boy’s life. Even after Henry burst at him like that, he still loved him. He had a lot of his father in him, and his grandmother.
He didn’t know what to do.
Suddenly he heard a noise from behind him. He assumed it was Horrorwitch that came to hear his answer. “I know you’re there” he said without turning.
“Why are you stalking my mom?” he turned around to find Henry.
[adrotate group="5"]You know what I can't continue with the dead people brought back to life list I'm out of space in the signature and now we have an underworld arc this is to much I quit why do you bring so many people back to life OUAT WHHHYYYY
July 20, 2014 at 3:33 pm #278066TheWatcherParticipantHook fidgeted for a second, stumbling for an answer. He was sure the boy knew who this sheriff was… And what he had meant to his mother..
Hook gulped. “Just doing a bit of scouting for danger, mate–”
“I’m not your mate.” Henry spat the fiery words calmly. He was a feisty thing just like his mother, thought Hook.
“Sorry, mate–I mean Henry. I was just looking around, making sure there were no witches or flying teenagers about.”
“No you aren’t. You’re spying on Sheriff Graham and my mom. I can tell by your voice,” Henry peered into Hook like he was looking into his soul, past all his lies. For a second, Hook wondered if, like his mother, Henry had some kind of weird truth detecting abilities.
“Aye then,” Hook confessed. “I just wanted to meet this man, is all. See if he was in shape to continue protecting this town since he’s been dead through most of the events–”
“You’re trying to see if my mom is stil in love with him.” Henry looked back at Emma and Graham through the window and then back at Hook. A little smile slowly crept across his face. “Good. I’m glad he’s back.” Henry turned to walk away but Hook cut him off, his eyes pleading helplessly.
“Henry, look I know me and you aren’t the best of friends. I know we aren’t friends at all. Again, I want you to understand I’m not trying to replace your father aNd I’m not trying to take your mother away.”
“You don’t get it, do you? That’s exactly what your doing! You are replacing my father, you are taking my mom away! I will never accept you! You may have her tricked but not me!” Henry tried to run but Hook snagged him by the scarf with his hook.
“okay, how about I make you a deal, mate?” Said Hook. “Tomorrow. Meet me at the castle where you and and your mother used to play. If I can’t win you over by then, I promise I will leave you and your mother alone. For good.”
Henry thought about it. There was now way in heck this pirate would ever win him over and replace Neal’s place in his life. If all he had to do to get him away was go to he and Emma’s secret place, then he would do it.
“Fine!” Henry said cooly. “one day.” Hook turned the boy loose and off Henry scampered, thoughts of Neal, his mother, and himself filling his head. Hook on the other hand had thoughts of how he could fix his situation. He didn’t want to lose Emma and he was willing to do whatever it took to keep her.
Whatever it took.
Back in the diner, Emma beamed as she and Graham threw darts continuously at the board. It was something nostalgic about his return, she felt. She remembered the time when he was alive, that is before he died. How everything seemed so normal. No magic, no witchs, no mermaids, the worse she got was Regina and her antics and even that was so high school that it was laughable compared to the problems she faced now. She realized, as she and Graham packed up their things and walked toward the door preparing to leave, that not only had she missed him,but that she was glad to have him back becaus he represented something in her life. The something she had been tricked into believing she had when she lived a year in New York, when she had been engaged to Walsh, when she and Henry woke up on Saturday mornings watching cartoons and drinking cinnamon cocoa until the days end with no magical danger in sight. Graham represented just being completely normal and completely happy.
“Will I see you again?” Graham asked, snapping her back to reality.
“hmm? Oh yeah… It’s a small town after all, we’re bound to bump into each other eventually.” Emma chuckled.
“No,” Graham advanced a bit closer to her, “that’s not what I mean.” He and Emma’s lips were inches apart….getting closer….closer…
SUDDENLY…a movement in the bushes.
“what was that?” Graham asked, confused
“I don’t know,” Emma lied. She knew full well what shed seen. Tumbling over in the bushes before running off, she had seen a bulk of leather that she knew too well. Hook had been spying on them, she figured, and had run off. Great, she thought. Wishing Graham a goodnight, Emma went home, only to find Hook not there.
************* THE NEXT DAY
Henry stood at the play castle, waiting patiently for the one handed pirate to arrive.
“There you are,” Henry said as Hook appeared. “What…what happened to you?” Henry looked at Hooks clothes, it was all battered and beaten and muddy, like he’d slept in a gutter.
“Well?” Henry asked. “What’s your plan? I can tell you right now there is nothing you can do to ever make me see you as my papa and is will never—ahhh!” Hook grabbed Henry by the throat with his one good hand and lifted him into the air. Hook looked a deranged maniac who had finally slipped over the edge and his breath smelled of mixture of different alcohols other than just rum.
“Here’s the thing mate,” Killiam spat, “I’m not going to win you over! I’ve spent too many years surrounded by men of my own crew and dirty sleazy women who were only after a few pieces of gold and a big ship. And when I finally manage to find something good in my life, it’s always the men in your family who take it away from me! Baelfire! The Dark One! Pan! And now you! You think I was going to come here and kneel down on one knee and ask politely for your mothers hand! Let me give you a lesson in piracy, mate. When someone has something you want, you don’t ask for it! YOU TAKE IT!” And with one swift motion, Hook twisted Henry’s neck all around, his hooked hand slicing into jugular vein, and Henry was dead instantly.Elsewhere in Storybrook, Emma, Snow, charming, and the darling baby Prince Neal stroked down the streets of storybrooke without a care in the world. At least for Snow and Charming. Emma on the other hand had plenty of cares to worry about. As her parents idled on about what color to paint the princes room (Snow wanted to red, gold, and blue while charming wanted silver and grey) Emma let thoughts run wild in her head?
Where was Killian? She knew he had seen her and Graham last night but it wasn’t like anything happened….. Or did it? Would something had happened? Between her and Graham? No way, not anymore, she couldn’t, thought Emma. True, she couldn’t deny she felt…something… For Graham. But she had Hook, right? And while she may have..loved Graham at one point and she and hook were… Well what were they exactly? Yes, they were “together” but Hook had admitted to LOVING Emma when they were in Neverland. For the first time since, Emma asked herself:
“Do I love Hook?”
“what’s that, Emma?” Snow asked? Emma hadn’t realized she ha muttered her thought out loud.
“Nothing.” Emma continued to think. Her hook were great together, yes, but if she really loved him…. Would she be caught so suddenly between Graham and him?
NO WAY, she thought. Not another love triangle! She had had enough with the whole childish thing with Neal and Hook, she knew it would only start again with Graham and Hook especially after Hooks little stalking thing last night. Emma, in that moment, knew what she had to do. She decided that she would tell Hook, whenever he turned up, that she needed a break right now. She wasn’t going to completely dump him and she wasn’t leaving him for Graham. She just needed time for herself and for her family, without all the romantic love. She needed to spend time with her baby brother (Emma beamed at the fact the she was now a big sister!) and she needed time for her son who hadn’t been the same since he lost his dad. Hook would have to take a backseat for now. Emma had more important things on her plate. This was her decision and there was no power on earth that would change it.
SUDDENLY, as if by magic, a powerful feeling washed over Emma. At this very moment, the moment when the very last ounce of life had escaped from Henry’s body miles away, Emma felt something so strong and so powerful she couldn’t even walk along side her parents. Stopping dead in her tracks Emma uttered one single word.
“Hook!”
“Emma, dear, could you please stop muttering and tell your father that silver and grey is not a good combination for your brother room, that he needs something more—”
“HOOK!” Emma screamed! Lust washed over her like she had never felt before. Her body was on fire. “I need to find him!! I need to find Hook!! Now!!” Emma raced off searching for the pirate. Her parents, dumbfounded as ever, jogged close behind her, wondering what the heck was going on.Back at the play castle, Killian stared at the lifeless body of Henry. He had killed so many lost boys before that the sight of dead child didn’t mean much to him. But it was somethin about the look on Henry’s face, the blank lifeless stare, the empty eyes, the paleness of his skin, how even in death, Henry looked… Happy. As if he were having a pleasant dream. Hook looked at the boys face and saw, for the first time, what Emma must have seen when her kiss had awoken Henry from near death. Henry was something special, something extraordinary. And Hook had killed him so that he could take his mother.
“Well, well, Killian” a voice appeared behind him. “I honestly didn’t think you would do it this quickly! Horror witch laughed demonically as he kneaded down over Henry’s corpse. “We’ll a deals a deal, mate! Miss Swan is yours. From now on you will be all she thinks about, no more having to worry about that Graham fellow or anyone else. She is completely devoted to you.”
Hook stared at the troll witch with mild disgust as he poked and prodded Henry like his body was a steak. “Devoted to me?” He asked. “I know she is devoted to me. But will she love me?”
Horror witch looked at Hook with a side glance. “ehh. Love. Devotion. What’s the difference really. Point is, she’s yours and no one else’s.”
Hook had sudden clarity as he realized who he was dealing with. He couldn’t trust either of the troll witches and suddenly regretted the action he had taken in league with them. “I don’t like this,” he spoke. “Brimg the boy back. I will show him one day that I’m no trying to replace his father. Just bring the boy back now!”
Horror laughed loudly! “Brimg him back? Ha! Don’t you know by now Hook?” No magic can bring the dead back to life.”
“that’s bull, you’d brought damn near everyone back from the dead! I know you can do t! Bring him back!”
“Ahhh, but I already told you, Killian. We needed Henry out of the way so you and Emma could be together. Plus plot devisius wasn’t a fan of the lad. It’s better for ratings anyway–”
“what?”
“Nothing. Anyway, the boy is gone. If I were you, I’d enjoy your prize. Here she comes now!” Horror pointed his claw behind Hook and dissappeared in a poof of smoke just as Emma ran up and tackled hook to the ground.
“Killian!” Emma began to bite open hooks clothing, ignoring the fact that it was stained with blood.
“Ummm, mate what’s got into you?” Hook asked, flailing to be set free from her roaming tongue.
“What’s got into me? A big pirate ship! Come on Hook, show me how to sail the seven seas!”
Snow and Charming appeared and gasped at the sight!
“Emma!” Snow screamed! “This is a public place! Kids come here and– hook… Why is there blood on your clothes…?”
Hook stumbled to push Emma off and stand to his feet.
“I… Ummm …. There was a…rat… And I killed it….”
“All that blood came from a rat?” Charming raised an eyebrow. Hook stared speechless for a moment, as Emma climbed all over him, sucking on his neck for dear life.
Suddenly, a poof of purple smoke rose from the ground.
“Wheres my son?” Regina barked. She took one look at the pirate and Emma and rolled her eyes, unimpressed and unsurprised. Can’t they find somewhere else to do that, she thought. “Henry is late to his magic lesson.”
“Magic lesson?!” Charming and snow gasped.
“Yes. Magic lesson. Magic is a huge part of this family on both sides for him so I thought it was a good idea if he took lessons from my sister and I. He said he was meeting the pirate here for some foolishness–”
“Sister!” Snow almost collapsed. “Zelena… She’s back?”
“Yes. Long story. Anyway, where is my son?”
“we don’t know we haven’t seen him all day and Regina I don’t think it’s a good idea for you to just start teaching Henry magic without consulting Emma first, right Emma?” Snow called to her daughter but she was too busy sucking on Hooks hear to care.
Regina resister the urge to hurl a fire ball at the two of them right there. “I don’t need permission from her about anything. She’s already ruined my life and Henry’s and all she cares about is her amputee boyfriend, so when you find my som you tell him to meet me at Zelena’s for our lesson.” Regina poofed away.
Snow and charming exchanged a glance.
“Emma, dear,” snow called to Emma again. “Don’t you think something is a bit off?”
“The only thing that needs to be OFF are these clothes!” Emma ripped off her red leather jacket.
“Umm, no, I mean, Regina just said Henry was meeting hook here today. Yet Henry is no where to be found and hook is covered in blood…”
Emma continued to jump on Hook, who had given in to the fire building in himself and helped her remove his leather jacket, no longer caring about anything else than the woman right beside him.
Snow and Charming slowly backed away…. Not knowing what to do or what was going on.
Once the pair were distantly out of sight, Hook gave Emma one big push. Once she was off of him, Hook waved his clawed hand a shutter on energy shot through Emma, paralyzing her. Hook had just used magic….
Making sure no one was looking, Hook checked over shoulder before a poof of glittering blue smoke washed over him. When the smoke dissappeared Hook was gone and there standing in his place was none other than The Blue Fairy aka Mother Superior.
“Well that was an experience,” she said, brushing dust off her shoulders. “You can come out now Rumpel, their gone.”
Rumpel poofed in with a gust of red smoke.
He looked unsure but desperate. “Are you sure about this, Mother Superior? Do you think we can trust those witches?”
“Ofcourse not,” she said. “Those two are working for Plot Devisius. There is no telling what they have planned. But we are good for now. They think Hook complied with them so they will leave him alone.”
Rumpel wondered about his grandson… There was no way those witches wanted him dead. He was sure of it. He was sure Henry was back in their lair, revived, and being held captive. He didn’t know what they needed him for but he was sure something was up. Why else would the blue fairy come to him for a transformation spell? Why was she so desperate to give the witches what they wanted? Blue had over heard Hooks conversation with Horrorwitch the night before and had come running to Rumpel for his magical help. That is, after she’d knock Hook out, stole his clothes, and locked him in the basement of Rumpels house. Blue had made a deal with Rumpel. Transformation spell for help with his marriage. He never trusted this flying glitter-mosquito….But a deal was a deal.
“We’ll you got what you wanted, dearie” Rumpel turned to face blue, hatred rising in his face. He waved his hand and poofed Emma back to her bed as we’ll Hook (who had had memory wiped. Hop wouldn’t remember a thing and would only awaken to a love struck Emma).”so tell me what are you going to do to help me fix my standing with belle?”
Blue smiled at Rumpel and said…….(NEXT PART GOES TO CORBIM) :p

He was so distraught over his marriage issues that he couldn’t see behind the real reason for her helping him. He didn’t even know that Henry really was dead! She was giddy with the idea of herself being the most powerful one in Storybrooke.
‘Easy there, girl’, she thought to herself, ‘first you have to deliver the Dark One to the witches.’ She was so much smarter than Rumple, smarter than the witches, even smarter than Plot Devisus himself! She turned back to Rumple, and smiled consolingly at him. “I know Archie is the therapist, but I assure you, I will be wayyy more useful than the little cricket. Follow me.”
In the witches lair:
“KISSES!… HORRORWITCH!!!!!!!!” thundered Plot Devisus, “What have you done?!”
“Umm, well, sir, we killed off Henry”, Kisses whispered, “just like you to told us to.”
“NO! Not like I told you to! Where was the buildup? The suspense? You needed to give a reason for Hook to kill Henry! Fix it…NOW!” Plot Devisus poofed away in a turquoise mist.
“Ummmm Kisses?”, Horrowitch squeaked, “what do we do? We don’t have time to do a ‘going back in time’ curse again.
“Well, we’re just going to have to do one of those ‘one day earlier…’ things. Maybe that will be enough to pacify the viewers.”One day earlier…
“I know you want to spend time with Henry, Emma, and I do too. I feel like I need to get to know him a lot better. But leave him with Regina this afternoon…we haven’t had the chance to do anything with all this worrying about these witches.”
Emma gazed at Hook. She had actually wanted to spend the evening with Henry…he’d seemed different lately, and she felt guilty for not being there for him. Emma also wanted to spend some alone time with Hook, but…
“I’d be careful if I were you, Miss Swan”, came a soft voice from behind them. Emma and Hook spun around to find a livid Rumplestiltskin standing behind them on the sidewalk. “You wouldn’t be the first woman this pirate has lured away from her son. And as I remember, it didn’t end too well for her”. He paused, glaring at Hook. “What happened? Oh yes, she died”.
“No thanks to you!” Hook yelled. “And there is NO WAY I’m letting you lay a hand on Emma”. He stepped forward and lowered his voice to an angry whisper, so only Rumple could hear: “Milah never loved you! She hated her life with you! She begged me to take her away. And I didn’t know she had a son. I had no idea until after she made plans to run away. ”
“Oh how very convenient for you, dearie. I-”
“Wait a minute!” Emma interrupted. She glared at Rumplestiltskin and said accusingly: “You killed Milah? Hook’s wife?” Rumple’s eyes blazed as he glared defiantly at Hook: “Milah wasn’t the pirate’s wife dearie, she was mine. Did you miss the part where I said ‘lured away from her son’?”
Emma gaped at him, and then turned to face Hook. “So your ‘lost love’ Milah was Gold’s wife?! Neal’s mom?! And now you think you can just…Arghh! No wonder he hated his childhood. You both disgust me.”
“Emma, love”, Hook pleaded looking hurt “I had no idea. I loved her, and when I met Bae…Neal, I loved him too. If I had known that he and you…well, I would have never gone near you.”
“You know what? You two figure this out! I’m going to find my son.” Emma stormed away, upset and horrendously confused.Back in the witches lair
“You did it Kisses!” Horrowitch sighed, “Now the pirate is so heartbroken, that the viewers will totally understand why he wanted to kill Henry. I’m just glad that Hook was so easily persuaded.
“Yes”, Kisses murmured, “And if it doesn’t work out, we’ll just kill Hook and set up Emma with Whale.”
“Whale?!”, Horrorwitch screeched, “What on earth are you talking about? Plot Devisus would never let us make him a character of real importance! And besides…they’ve barely had a scene together!”
“Oh, Horrorwitch, don’t be a clumsy porcupine!”, Kisses squealed. “It’s called a plot twist! It’s when the writers do something the viewers never would have expected.”
“Hmmmmm”, Horrorwitch mused, “Now that’s an idea.”CORBIN, I think you’re next…maybe. Well, have fun!
