ParticipantThere’s still literally months before fans get their regularly scheduled dose of ABC’s fairytale hit series “Once Upon A Time,” but a few details for the mid-season return have leaked online and viewers definitely have a lot to look forward to!
Titles for the first three episodes of “Once Upon A Time” have been teased and fans have already started speculating what they think may happen in each aptly titled episode. Though Emma Swan’s (Jennifer Morrison) memory was wiped out in the mid-season finale, hope is not lost for the Storybrooke savoir, and there’s a chance she may figure out her purpose and remember her past after all. In the season’s mid-season premiere, titled “New York City Serenade,” Examiner reported that Hook (Colin O’Donoghue) is speculated to come back for Emmy in an effort to help her remember. She will strangely feel connected to him and will even go as far as bailing him out of jail when he gets arrested. However, Emma will remain wary of Hook, and though it’s not yet confirmed if he will succeed in helping her rediscover her memory, he won’t leave without making an impact. Henry and Hook will also go on a road trip together. The next episode, “The Witch Hunt,” focuses on one Storybrooke villain, the Wicked Witch of the West (Rebecca Mader). Though her connection to the “OUAT” characters isn’t certain as of yet, many fans believe that the evil witch is related to Regina Mills (Lana Parrilla). She’s sure to stir up a lot of mischief in the upcoming season. However, International Business Times reports that she will not be the only scoundrel to attack the magical land, but a new evil queen will also make her mark on the town as well.
The third episode, titled “Tower,” will introduce Rapunzel (Alexandra Metz) on the show, and will most likely focus on her long beautiful hair. Not many details have been released about this particular episode, but if we know anything about “OUAT,” then we can expect that hair to hold more weight than the traditional fairytale story of Rapunzel.
Also, a new character is expected to make an entrance on the show by episode 15, titled “Quiet Minds.” The new character, Lawrence, will most likely be linked to Belle, as he is considered a “Lumiere-like character.” Lumiere was originally Belle’s good friend and know-it-all, candle-stick-holder friend in the original story of Beauty and the Beast
Clearly not enough details to hold us up until the show’s mid-season premiere on March 9, 2014!What are you hoping to see in the upcoming season of “Once Upon A Time?”

Makes sense. Her memories have been tampered with but I suspect there are things Emma questions. Like why she is wearing shoelaces on her wrist. What is the story that her brain/the curse has made up about a lot of things?

O_o
Erm. Wut? WHY? We already have ONE new big bad! Stop with the external mythic roadblocks!

ParticipantThis article is a very bad version of telephone tree. One writer rewording what another writer wrote about a third writer’s speculations.

Keymaster(Also, let’s take this whole article with a grain of salt! Most of that was speculation based on spoiler pics)

You bet me to it!
Yeah after a re-read it’s a rehash and not very well done.
Probably nothing substantial here at all.

I went to read that article they linked to, and unless I blinked and missed it, see no mention of a “new evil queen”, so what on earth are they talking about? It does include the statements, “Emma, is taken back to New York, where she lived before she broke Regina’s original curse in Storybrooke,” (ummm, no) and, “Snow White and Prince Charming will be back in the Enchanted Forest with no memory of a child,” (ummmm, also no), so yeah, not exactly a reliable source they’re working with there.

Yep.

ParticipantHowever, following the links did lead me to a quote I let myself forget about, which was my least favorite quote from Robbie Kay.
“You are going to see a change in the relationship in the mid-season finale,” Kay revealed recently. “So they will touch upon that and it will be very interesting to see where they go from there in terms of their relationship as the season progresses.”
As the season progresses I had hoped NOT to see Peter Pan. If that whole dramatic scene with Rumple killing Peter/Malcolm leads to them BOTH being alive, I’m not sure I’m going to like it. Personally I thought that was the most dramatic scene of the entire series and I’d hate to see it mean nothing.

I didn’t even notice all those mistakes!!
Wow. Yeah this one can be ignored.

I really doubt that Pan is still alive, (I do hope we see him in more flashbacks at some point though). At the time Robbie said that, he wouldn’t have wanted to spoil that he was gonna get stabbed, so instead he implied he’d still be around to throw people off.

But then they’d have to cocoon a solid reasoning for bringing back Rumple without doing the same to Malcolm/Pan. They both shared the same fate, being stabbed by the Dagger and fading into oblivion, and while we cling to the trope of “no body = no death” to hope for a return of Rumple we have to acknowledge that it also applies to Pan and it’s very within the realm of possibilites that we may see the villain return at some point in the future.
That said, I can’t see Pan returning and not be impacted by the experience in some level. At the very least it has to humble him up a notch.
