I really liked this episode, the RumBelle wedding was lovely, the CaptainSwan stuff was funny. I loved the majority of the FTL stuff.
The only nitpick I have is that Regina killing Marian in the original timeline kind of puts a dampener on OQ. Robin is dating his wife’s murderer. He’s letting his wife’s murderer near his young son. OQ is kind of all kinds of wrong now. I’m actually hoping Robin ends up with Marian because he would’ve still been with her if Regina hadn’t murdered her in the original timeline.
I know I said I wanted OQ to have obstacles but this is beyond being an obstacle, this is kind of a deal-breaker.
Also what is it with Once forming people out of goo?

Keeper of FelixFavorite moment among many favorite moments is easily Rumbelle’s wedding and the couple’s montage..

“Sometimes the best book has the dustiest jacket, and sometimes the best teacup… is chipped”
I liked pretty much everything! This felt like a full-length ouat movie. I’m sure there are some timeline inconsistencies here and there that some sharper minds on the forum will pick up on, but I am not bothered. This was a fun, fast-paced adventure and a great way to end the season. If not for the last few minutes they could’ve ended the series here and I would be almost entirely satisfied.
Some specific points I liked:
All the Back to the Future references. There were sooo many, it can be a whole seperate forum post!
Retro-rumple was particularly fun this episode. I enjoyed his: “What am I doing in here?”
Emma finding her home.
Disliked:
* Rumple lying to Belle again. Their marriage has started on an insecure foundation of dishonesty. Doesn’t he ever learn anything?!?!?!?
* Outlaw Queen got messed up. Being that Marian is Robin’s wife, I’d feel to guilty to start demanding that they split up a marrige for Outlaw Queen, but this was really starting to grow on me! My heart really broke for Regina.Liked:
* The story was every entertaining
* In full disclosure I’ll admidt I have always been a Captain Swan shipper, before stating how much I like the relationship development and the Hook/Emma dialogue and kiss at the end of the finale. Very nicely done.
* Prince Charles and Princess Leia! LOL!!!
* Rolly Jodger! LOL!!!
* Elsa! I cannot wait to see what they do with this! I’m already excited for season 4!
* The naming of Prince Neal is a great way to honor and celeberate Michael Raymond James’ work, the place his character had in Once Upon A Time, and Neal’s fans. I liked the “Marty McFly” Back to the Future reference. These episodes felt a lot like that movie.
I agree! A big part of me wants to see a wild haired Rumple in a white lab coat pull up to (a clueless) Hook and Emma in a Delorean from the future, screaming that something has to be done about their kids! LOL!!!!

One of the moments that struck me funny was when Charming has Snow in the net and Hook shows up, introduces himself as Prince Charles, and tells Charming that the ball was lovely but the mutton was a bit over cooked (but that happens). It reminds of a moment in 2×16 when Young Cora tells Prince Henry that she was only at the ball for the food and that the mutton was exquisite. 🙂
