That whole scene was completely useless, but comedy GOLD
Which made it much needed IMO. The entire episode was drama packed.. it was really nice to have that comedic moment.
[adrotate group="5"]February 19, 2013 at 11:13 pm #174360MyrilParticipantEmma: U.P.S. package for 407
Henry: Maybe you should’ve said FedEx.
(No product placement here, no)Emma: Hey! I’m the only one allowed to be angry here
(wouldn’t argue with you)Neal: No, bar’s better. Don’t worry, you can keep yelling at me when we get there.
(who is YELLING?)Henry: Don’t worry. Emma’s really good at catching people
Mr Gold: Well, my son’s been running for a very long time now. Now I have a feeling he’s equally adept at it.
(not as good as you think)Emma: You left me and let me go to prison because Pinocchio told you to?
(yeah, who would believe a notorious liar. And hopefully no one else in the bar heard this)Neal: Everything that happens happens by design, and there is nothing we can do about it. Forces greater than us conspire to make it happen. Fate, destiny, whatever you wanna call it.
(Yup, there are the forces called writers …)
Thought immediately, Charmed! But he said not, everything happens for a reason, he said by design. Interesting phrasing.Seer: Your wife will bear a son, but your actions on the battlefield tomorrow will leave him fatherless.
Seer: When you see the army ride cows into battle, you will know I speak the truth.
(seers are always that cryptic)Rumple: Cows? And who is gonna man the catapults? Milk maids?
(snarky Rumple)Gold: The future is like a puzzle. With missing pieces. Difficult to read. And never, never what you think.
(hear, hear)Hook: To the untrained eye a child’s scribbles but to a pirate it’s a map.
(or maybe pirates are childish)Hook: Well, lucky for you ladies, I’m quite adapt at finding buried treasure.
(well, he is a pirate)David: It’s a good thing we don’t have Thanksgiving in our land, ’cause that dinner would suck.
Snow: Or maybe this will mellow everyone out.
(These two are incredible. And Snow nails it again, I mean, now we know what Thanksgiving dinners really are meant for)Emma: Stop. You can’t just break in.
Gold: Yeah, well, actually that’s something I’m quite adept at.
(now we know who Neal got it from)Seargant: We call ’em “cows”. Grab yours, so at least the ride into doom will be a soft one on your backside.
(practical thinking)Henry (yelling): Now why is everyone yelling?
(no one is YELLING!)Neal: 14? I don’t wanna be 14… again. Are you… are you insane?
(yeah, who wants to be teenager again, with all that angst and confusion and things you’re not allowed to do)Rumple: It would have been nice to know about all that pesky detail.
(sometimes, but only sometimes)Seer: The future is a puzzle. With many pieces to be sorted. In time you will learn to separate what can be from what will be.
(can’t be said often enough)And the last prophecy of the seer:
Seer: You will be reunited with your son. And it will come in the most unexpected way. A boy, a young boy will lead you to him. But beware, Rumplestiltskin, for that boy is more than he appears. He will lead you to what you seek. But there will be a price. The boy will be your undoing
Rumple: Then I just will have to kill him.So, Bae is adapt at running away, Gold at breaking in and Hook at finding buried treasure. Would make a good team. 😉
¯\_(?????? ?)_/¯

Every time I hear this … it tickles me… I do not know why.

Milah: Bealfire
Rumple: STRONG NAME!Rumple: No one breaks deal with me
Neal: Leave her alone!Rumple: How did you two know each other?
Henry: Mom, what’s going on?
Rumple: ahhhhhh
Awkward moment 😀 -
