… ok ok my favourite scenes are very biased towards rumple… for all i know the show for me could be called Rumple’s Tale 😀 hehehe … though can’t wait to see Regina’s story evolve either… I do tend to sympathise with the darker characters… they seem more deep and interesting…
Don’t be shamed. I’m the same way. Rumpel/Gold’s scenes have been my favorites of the season. 😀

Everything Robert Carlyle was in – especially the scene where Bae was trying to pull him into the votex with him. And then when it shut and Rumple starting digging – wow! That one got me. And the scene with Dr. Hopper, I thought he did a great job with that one – you never see Gold let his guard down in SB.
When Emma called Regina a sociopath – one of the all time best moments on the show so far, in my opinion.
All the scenes with Bae – I think that kid is a GREAT actor.
When Henry gave MM her card at the party and said “The whole class signed it.”
LEAST FAVORITE MOMENTS:
DAVID 🙄 : It’s sad that I say “Oh, no” and cringe when he just appears on screen, before he has even said or done anything.
Sidney – I’m over him too, but I think that’s supposed to be how they want us to feel.
I was kind of let down that they never really addressed how they dealt with finding Kathryn and MM getting out of jail, etc. – it seemed very glossed over to me.
I know I am probably the only one who didn’t like this part but when Emma told Regina she was going to take Henry away from her. I am really and truely hoping they give us something that makes me feel better about that whole plot line – like Emma really didn’t choose to give Henry up for adoption, she was forced to and didn’t really sign the papers or something.
We have friends that have a son my son’s age (10) and she texted me this morning to say that they really struggled with the ending of the show last night. He got concerned and asked her “can that really happen?” after Emma confronted Regina. So they pointed out that it is just a made up show but now they are trying to decide whether they should allow him to watch the show anymore. They have been struggling with the Regina vs. Emma as parent issue since the beginning of the show anyway.
A scene from an upcoming show that I wan't thrilled about but will need to see it in context. The part where Henry appeared to be getting into Regina's face about how she will be defeated. Having a 10 year old son we don't like shows where the kids talk back to their parents so I wasn't happy to see that. My son has been watching the show with me so far and loves it so I'm a bit concerned about where this whole thing is headed with Henry and Regina. I know it's just a show but kids are influenced by what they see on TV and even if she is supposed to be the EQ, using that an excuse to make it okay for Henry to be disrespectful to Regina could pose a bit of a problem for us.

-Call me weird, but I really like sneaky, manipulative August. It’s sexy on him. 😀
-Sydney. *Sigh* Sydney, Sydnye, Sydney…GET A GRIP MAN!!!!!!! SHE DOESN’T LOVE YOU!!!!!!
OK B&B, you’re weird! 😀 I didn’t like sneaky, lying August at all.
But totally agree with you on Sydney — talk about weird! 😉Favorite moments…
The scene between the BF and Bae — giving a solution, a place to go, the magic bean and telling Bae that he was the part of his father that kept Rumpel human — ” that little light inside that still glows is his love for you.”
Also, the scene at the end between Rumpel and the BF — a curse rather than a blessing, willing to sacrifice this world for the next — “I will do nothing else, love nothing else until I get him back, I will find him!”Although my favorite line of the night was when he presents the knife to August thinking he is Bae and said, ” I chose it once, now I choose you.”
Least Favorite…
It killed me that they set the whole thing up to make it look like August was Bae and I knew he wasn’t. I kept saying the whole time, he can’t be; and then Rumple poured out his speech asking for forgiveness and August played him to get the knife. I hated that. 😡Also, Sydney’s confession at the end. That Regina owns him like that to the point that he would confess for a crime he didn’t commit… never should have made that last wish. 🙁

1. I loved this scene! Angriness between parents and their children is normal. “I think he’s here to kill me.” – “Uh, that … is not.” xD
2. MM welcome party was so funny! That card … “You’ve got a lot of friends” – “Didn’t seem so yesterday.”
3. I also really liked Kathryn’s line “Know yourself out.” and her answer to David’s “You’re kind of amazing.” – “Yeah, I am.” I thought it was cute.
4. Gold saying “It’s hard to let him go.” and Emma not being sure who he meant. And the audience as well, really. In my opinion both, really. Emma was having a hard time to tell David he wasn’t welcome. In a strange “I know you’re a kind guy, but really, you just messed up and she needs time.”-kind of way.least fave:
1. Seeing that Blue Fairy again. Not her exactly, that outfit is just … ARGH! 😆
2. August simply not really knowing what he was doing after he got the dagger …April 25, 2012 at 10:51 am #143955Killian JonesParticipant@mia wrote:

LEAST FAVORITE:
I would like to officially nominate Sydney Glass for Biggest Doormat of Season One This guy seriously needs to grow a pair. I guess that is essentially his role in Storybrooke – Regina’s personal doormat, but it disgusts me to no end.April 28, 2012 at 6:03 pm #144493fairycutie86ParticipantI think I’m late joining the party, haha!
I think my favorite moment was the scene with Bae and Rumple at the “worm hole” and the two of them screaming back and forth at each other until Bae finally shouts, “You coward!” Gah! And then poor Rumple instantly regretting what he did as he furiously digs in the dirt trying to get Bae back. That was amazing.
Least favorite…nothing really. I liked just about everything. The August/Gold confrontation at the end felt semi-anticlimatic because of pesky spoilers I had already seen, so I wasn’t absolutely shocked by the twists. But that was still an excellent moment despite my already knowing what was coming.
April 29, 2012 at 1:00 am #144553timberumpParticipantLeast favorite moment: When Rumple squashed the snail in the beginning of the episode. It showed Bae’s face afterwards and he had snail debris between his nose and eye. Gross! It was wiped away by the time they got into the cottage.
April 29, 2012 at 10:25 pm #144657darcyfarrowParticipantThe “coward” shout gives a whole new context to Belle’s “coward” accusation. Can you imagine what it would feel like to go through centuries of life with your last memory of your only child being his shouting “coward” at you–and then to have the only other person you’ve loved make the same accusation as she’s walking out of your life forever? I have a son stationed overseas. Once a year we see each other, and we’re both careful to be sure our parting words are words of love because we realize we may not see each other again.
Which brings me to my least favorite–most painful– part of the episode. When Gold began his apology and August wouldn’t look him in the eye, I realized August had been conning Gold. When my son walks in after a year apart, darn tootin’ I’m looking at him for as long as I can before he leaves again. There was nothing August could say that would convince me he was justified in continuing with the con game once Gold asked for forgiveness.
On the plus side, I was thrilled by Gold ‘s confession. I have hope that this is the first step toward reformation for him (once he recovers from his anger at August.)
