least favorite: Aurora’s shortcoming, they felt faked and forced.
October 15, 2012 at 12:45 am #156651SlurpeezParticipantFavorite moment: Emma forgave Snow for sending her away, and Emma realized Snow gave up everything to save Emma.
Second favorite: Snow White body-slamed Aurora, who was really getting on my nerves.
Least favorite: Charming’s mother died, although she loved him so much.

Least Favorite Moment: FREAKING CORA! 👿
Seriously, that woman drives me insane. 😆
October 15, 2012 at 1:10 am #156654pinkfairyParticipantAhhhh I thought we would find out Charming’s name tonight, or did I miss something??
LOVED everything in this episode except Charming’s mother dying 🙁 and i’m still not warming to Aurora…and only 30 seconds of Regina!!! ( well I suppose it balances out so much screen time for her last episode, but still…)

So we see that Cora is not reunited with Regina, and King George, can’t figure if he was looking longingly at Henry and charming, or bitterly surmising some plan to separate them the way he wanted Snow to pay for his unhappiness.
Dislike Aurora, as well. Athough Mulan gained strides with me tonight.
Loved the Ogre special effects, and Snow whistling for his attention and then saying leave my daughter alone, then shot him in the eye.
Literally screamed when Henry unlocked that box and opened it and that viper Agrabah viper rose up. Could have thrown something at the TV if I had known it would have gotten through to our beloved writers. “I hate snakes” — Indiana Jones.
Me too, Indy.
October 15, 2012 at 2:17 am #156668lilredParticipantReally loved this episode, even though the family angst made me want to cry in almost every scene.
Loved all Snow and Emma interactions, the real Lancelot! (and loved that he and Snow did not share anything romantic, just a deep respect/friendship. Imagine: a boy and a girl just being friends 😀 ) Love that Cora’s going to be the villain! She scares me! 😯 Love Jefferson and Grace reunion! Love/cried during the Snow/Emma nursery scene – that left me pretty broken hearted 😥 I know my inner -eight year old is loving that Snow White is leading a group of female bada** into battle, including Mulan and Aurora!
That being said, not sure I care about the actual character of Aurora (which is weird cause I’ve loved the actress in so much…) but still don’t absolutely hate her. Guess I just hate that I don’t care enough at this point about Mulan or Aurora – since they were childhood favorites!
Hate that Henry called up Regina and ‘planned’ a lunch date with her, got her hopes up, and just – used her. I’m not a big Regina sympathizer but that was kind of harsh. I guess I just expected more out of Henry.
Also, hated the way King George watched Charming and Henry at the end of the episode. In the promo, I really thought he was just remembering his own son, remembering play-fighting with him – now, I think he’s up to something…something that will probably involve taking Henry. Regina and Charming are going to destroy him! 😈
October 15, 2012 at 2:23 am #156671Killian JonesParticipantI have two favorite moments first when Snow saves Emma from the Ogre that was just cool. Protecting her cub lol. Second the Emma/Snow moment when their leaving Emma’s would be nursery. Where Emma says I’m not used to someone putting me first and her mom says “get used to it” we haven’t seen Emma really emotionally vulnerable many times especially not like that. To see her break down when she realized for the first time I think, what it means to now have a mother was incredibly moving.
Thought of a third now the Cora reveal that was cold “Oh I killed him a while ago” the way she said it?! all nonchalantly wow!
Least favorite: Henry manipulating Regina it was sad to see Henry take advantage of Regina like that and then on top of it Regina couldn’t even go herself to make sure Henry was safe she had to ask David. How horrible must that be? I know she’s the Evil Queen and she’s earned a lot of bad things to come her way but here she is doing something from the heart letting Henry be with his grandfather, trying to redeem herself and then something really heartbreaking like this happens… I wish we could have seen something between the two of them (Regina and Henry) after that kind of left a bad taste.

Made me so mad that she was so happy to have him call and drop everything and he stood her up. Deceitful, and not very becoming on Henry. It fascinated me that she called Charming and told him where to find Henry. I think if I were Charming I would have explored that underground playroom of Regina’s a little more, and killed the snakes rather than packing them away for later.
