Favorite part: When Rumple told Belle about Bae, it was a real character breakthrough for him. I also liked when he realised he had the wrong hand…priceless. And I might be in the minority with this one though, I liked everything with Milla.
Least Favorite: The fight with Grumpy in the beginning and all the interaction between Rumple and Mo. I get both people’s perspectives, but you would think they would try and get along for Belle’s sake… I mean relationship 101: never ask someone to chose between two people they care about.

Favorite: Charming telling Rumple how to do better with Belle, it was funny for him to ask relationship advice but in the end I think it helped at least a little cause at least in the end Rumple was able to maybe overcome his cowardice a little and actually open up to Belle. In the end I think Rumple is who he is, after all of that happened between Belle and Rumple this episode he’s still the type to tie up someone hold them hostage and interrogate them lol.
Also did anyone notice how similar Emma and Chaming’s taste in clothes are? I like how both rock the leather jacket all be it a different color 😀
October 22, 2012 at 4:40 am #157518princesssnowParticipantFavorite: Many of the Hook scenes! I loved the scene on the ship of Hook and cowardly!Rumple, as well as the scene at the docks with Hook and newlydarkone!Rumple. Also, shoutout to Charming during that mining scene! 😛
Least Fav: The kidnapped!Belle storyline was honestly lackluster….I thought that scene of her in the mine cart was kind of overly dramatic in a cringeworthy sort of way, lol. Also, the fact that there was no Emma, Snow, and Regina in this episode.

FAVOURITE: Hook!!! Charming in the mines (Snow picked a good’n there!!! 😉 ), as well as being a pretty awesome sheriff & last but not least Rumple FINALLY developing a little beyond his typical self & telling Belle the truth 🙂LEAST FAVOURITE: No Snow, Emma or Regina …. At least in the 2nd ep we got 2mins of them- just enough to not feel like they weren’t there, this time though not seeing them at all (I know & understand why they did it), it just lowered the tone of this episode for me 🙁
Belle in the cart stuff I found was over done & over dramatic 😐October 22, 2012 at 11:49 am #157557SlurpeezParticipantFavorite moments: When Rumpel gave Belle the key to the library and when we found out how Killian Jones became Captain Hook of Neverland.
Least-favorite moment: When Rumpel killed Milha for her adultery. Yes, she was very wrong to have abandoned her son and husband, but Rumpel’s cold-blooded murder shows how evil he’d become. How is Baelfire going to react when he realizes his father killed his mother?

October 22, 2012 at 2:51 pm #157596bfilipeParticipantFavourite part: I’m a huge rumbelle fan so the fact that this episode was about them made me love it! I think belle did the right thing by giving him space because he wasn’t telling her the truth. I almost cried when rumple finally opened up to belle and told her the truth about his son and drum role please…… He FINALLY admited to being a coward!! This makes me love belle more because she IS changing him even if it’s only one step at a time. I think hook did a great job. I love how rumple is the crocodile I think that is a good add to the peter pan story! I loved how they portrayed how hook came to never land I thought that was clever. And I thought it was a good spin off that Milah never loved Rumple and how she actually loved hook. You also got to see how Cora got the heart pulling out idea from.. I actually didn’t mind that recent fairy tale world wasn’t shown except for the very end with Cora and hook. They made it so that I didn’t really notice Emma or snow weren’t in the episode. I’m still wondering how hook got out of never land because the way he got out could be a way to get to SB right? Cuz it would be a portal.. I also loved how they got smee to work for captain hook! Very clever
Least favourite moments: I hated that belles father tried to make her forget! I wante to hit him! The fact that belle chose to be with rumple and actually loves him should have been enough for him to leave it alone. I didn’t really have much to dislike about this episode. It was very well done and had my
Interested for the entire hour. A job well done on their part!October 22, 2012 at 3:48 pm #157615cherishParticipantI liked a lot about this episode. I loved seeing the two sides of Rumpel/Gold. Actually scratch that, 3 sides. Pre-Dark One Rumpel, post-Dark One Rumpel and Mr. Gold. His monstrous actions in Fairytale land were contrasted brilliantly with his more even tempered and compassionate actions towards Belle in Storybrooke. And as always, Robert Carlyle did a phenomenal job.
I loved seeing Belle and Ruby become close, and I’m glad Belle is going to live on her own for a little while. She needs some time to reassess everything and everyone in her life right now. And Mr. Gold giving her the library was just too sweet for words. I really liked that.
Overall, wonderful episode. The writers have been hitting it out of the park for 4 weeks in a row. Keep up the good work. 😀

– Mr. Gold finally telling Belle the truth about the curse and his son Baelfire. I also loved that he gave her the library. That was really sweet. And I’m glad the episode ended on a positive note between those two. I was worried that they would actually split up. Good to know that wasn’t the case.
-Hook was awesome. And not at all evil. Mischievous? Yes. But definitely not evil. I loved that the episode ended with Hook going to Neverland. I can’t wait to see that place. Here’s hoping that little Bae is wondering around there somewhere. 😀

As you can see, I really like Belle. 😆 She rocked last night. It was good to see her stand up for herself and assert her independence. Even as a huge Rumbelle shipper, I was happy to see Belle take the independent route. And even though I didn’t like what Maurice did to Belle, I liked where it took her character. It finally made her realize that she wasn’t property and no one has the right to tell her what to do. It was a good moment for her.
I also loved the burger scene. Too cute. 😀
