Regina says it to Emma after Emma has realized that Sidney wrote about her giving birth to Henry in jail and that Henry saw it. Henry and Emma talk about it in the diner and then Emma goes and talks to Regina about it and she says that.

LOL! 😆 Don’t be ashamed! That quote was made for OUAT! Ugh! God, I can only hope and pray that the writers give Mr. Gold a line like that in the season finale.
