The pipes are Pan’s way of making sure the Lost Boys don’t leave, for keeping them with him. Felix doesn’t need to hear the pipes because he knows he is truly lost, he’s not going to leave Neverland because he’s got nothing to go back to and he knows it.
Chilling and dark and I love it.
@Sabrina4Jesus You'll just have to wait and see.

ooooooooooooooh! My theory (as always) Devin is Felix’s brother. Devin unwittingly messes up Pan’s plan for Henry (or throws a huge wrench in it) resulting in Pan killing him perhaps by ripping his shadow. Little brother’s death doesn’t go down well with Felix.

Keeper of Felix@sarahann0325 Thanks so much. I carry the "bam bam stick" for the same reason bam bam carries one.

I know Rg, I am going to miss his twittering because I really don’t see Felix as a permanent addition. Evil Lackey #1 is just a spot doomed for “justifiable kill”.
“If I had a world of my own, everything would be nonsense. Nothing would be what it is, because everything would be what it isn't. And contrary wise, what is, it wouldn't be. And what it wouldn't be, it would. You see?” -- Lewis Carroll, Alice's Adventures in Wonderland & Through the Looking-Glass
I could see Felix in part 2 of season 3 if Tinkerbell ends up in Storybrooke with the JR5 so PP sends Felix to go and retrieve her because PP wants payback on Tink for her betraying him.
