I’m thinking that Charming found out Dr. Whale had a one-night stand with Snow/Mary Margaret during the curse.

Maybe we will get more of Whale’s back story in this episode.

What do you make of this photo from 2×1 of Dr. Whale clutching Regina outside her house? It seems like he is really angry with her (or really attracted to her).

I think angry. Look at the other people. They all look like they are about to grab Regina as well. I think that we might find out who Whale is earlier on, but not get his back story until later. You would think that people would ask him who he was right away. Though he could lie. And some of the main characters may know him especially if his story is related to one of the ones we have already seen.

I agree. Charming might be trying to make up for everyhing that happened to Snow during the curse. I hope this season does have them dealing with the fact that David didn’t believe Mary Margaret when she was accused of murder or at least having Charming trying to get over that. As much as Charming can lash out at Dr Whale for what he did to Snow, he’s also got to deal with the fact that he did his own share of hurting, perhaps even more so than Dr Whale.
