I don’t know to me it still makes Charming look like a jerk if he just beats up Dr. Whale because he finds out that Snow slept with Dr. Whale. Yes, he was “married to Kathryn” because of the Curse, but under the Curse his behavior was a lot worse, at least from what we’ve seen, then Dr. Whale’s and Mary Margaret’s behavior. They were two consenting adults who weren’t committing adultery, and Dr. Whale never lied and broke Mary Margaret’s heart, the way that David did. Now if Dr. Whale is taunting Charming or Regina taunted him earlier about it, and he’s already stressed out about everything else going on, I can probably forgive him for losing his temper. Just out of context, for me it makes him look bad unless Snow also goes out and beats down Abigail after Snow returns from wherever she is, but I don’t think that’s going to happen on the show. Really the person or rather persons that should be getting any beat downs from anyone about the Curse are Rumple and Regina for this whole mess not Dr. Whale.

Hmmmm, think I’m gonna go with the “random dressed up for Halloween” idea. Just some guy who thought it’d be funny to dress like Hook who’s rumoured to be hanging around town. Unless he’s one of Hook’s crew? Though we don’t know if there’ll be anyone other than Hook and Smee in SB. He’s certainly dressed piratey.

Yes, I’m guessing either just random towns person or worker who thought it would be funny to dress up too, or perhaps a stunt person. I think that if they were an actor someone would have identified them before just as they did the guy who is playing Smee, but so far, no one has put a name to him, so for now, I’m just going with the theory that someone is just having some fun.

Not sure what to make of this … could I have guessed correctly that Rumpel (or even someone else) found a way to resurrect people, is it just another flash-back, is he a ghost, or is it Regina’s fantasy? Holy cow!

I’m guessing just a flashback, but someone at Fan Forums mentioned a Storybrooke Stables set now. So maybe it’s a ghost or fantasy. If it’s a ghost or fantasy, I sort of want someone to be gaslighting her into thinking that person is the ghost of Daniel like Rumple or someone else that’s out for revenge just because she was gaslighting Henry.

Those hands on Mr Anders are something else, wow! I wanna say that if it was related to his FTL character, they’d have gone to great lengths to keep the pic under wraps, so the fact it’s out there on the internets makes me think that it’ll just be a Halloween costume. But maybe that’s what they want us to think, so we shouldn’t fall for it?

Yes, I think it’s just a joke otherwise he wouldn’t be able to release it. I love that he does that.

Interesting! Perhaps David (aka Josh Dallas) will take up horseback riding again in SB, now that he remembers he is Prince Charming. Could Daniel somehow be alive in SB and working as the stable boy there? Since true love has the power the break any curse, perhaps magic created from true love and put into an enchanted well could bring back that which was lost (aka Daniel)!

Oh, I completely agree that David’s behavior was a lot worse that Dr. Whale’s during the curse. All I’m saying is that based on how Prince Charming understands the world, it isn’t very noble for a man to sleep with a woman on the first date and then never call again. Prince Charming will be mad at himself for how he himself treated Mary Margaret. He may thus take out some of his own self-hatred on an outward target like Dr. Whale, once he learns what happened while David was in a comma. Guys, more than girls, tend to take on their anger in physical form. Yet, once it’s done, they can move on.

As much as I would like to see daniel back on the show, I hope it is only in the past (with young regina and what not) with a bit of luck they will implement the LOST rule that “dead is dead” you don’t get to comeback from that. Bringing people back from the dead is always a messy business anyway.

I wouldn’t mind Daniel in the present so much if he was like a ghost haunting Regina or in a dream sequence but I wouldn’t want him brought back to life. His death is what motivates Regina against Snow, him being alive would make Regina unnecessary. Regina’s redemption should come with her letting go of the past and moving on with her life.

Lil’Red posted these under a different folder, but I thought I’d place them here, since they come from 2×5. Looks like Dr. Whale could actually be morphing into a creature with scales? Lol! What appears to be a green bandage could actually be where the editors use the CGI green-screen effects to show his transformation into his FTL identity.

Maybe he just lost his arm? If he is Peter Pan, could Hook have gotten his revenge for Peter cutting off his hand all those years ago?

Any guesses about the purpose of the cooler? Could he be keeping his arm on ice? I’m thinking the green bandage is just where Dr. Whale will be made to have lost a limb. I’m thinking he’s going to make a deal with Mr. Gold so that Gold will use magic to reattach his missing limb.

Hair-brained moment: I wonder if he’s both Peter Pan and the crocodile who ate Captain Hook’s arm! (Only half serious, though Red was also the wolf, so not impossible). Remember the earlier picture of him with reptile scales of sorts – although that could be a bogus picture, as well.

I agree with the he seems to have lost an arm, maybe he cut it off because he was changing. I think Crocodile is the name of Ep 4, but that doesn’t necessarily make that theory invalid, just saying. It seems like he is some sort of fish like animal though.

Could someone explain to me why every time I post images (and I do check to make sure they aren’t already being discussed- I at least try to be respectful of others!) instead of discussing them from my posts, they turn up here? I get that they work into episode 5, but they are also relevant to where I posted them. And then to led with my scales idea and mock it – do you realize how rude you are?

I get that this is what the forums are like now, and actually am now expecting utter disrespect from all angles!

I guess thanks this time for actually including that I had posted them elsewhere and then rewording everything I had said – makes it SO much better! 🙄
