Guess it’s safe to assume that this is the camp of people they left, which would solve the problem of not having to transport a whole lot of people back to SB if there’s just this core group left.
I’m not buying Hook’s act like he was caught in the heat of battle and barely survived. He totally heard about Snow and Co from Cora, so he snuck in there to pretend to be a survivor, to weasel into their group and piggyback on their ride to SB.

That’s what I’m thinking too…it may be why we see Emma pull a knife on him in one of the promos. Maybe she’s the first one to figure it out with her lie detecting super power.
Yeah, I think Hook is in a secret alliance with Cora too. Wasn’t there a behind the scenes photo released with Cora on Hook’s ship? Or was that Milha?
It was Cora boarding the ship with Hook. I guess there is a movement going in the fandom where they could be one and the same, but right now we can safety say that Hook and Cora were on a ship together in later episodes.
So…I guess the massacre of the survivors means we’ll never find out if any of them were important fairytale characters….was kind of wondering if anyone else there would be an important storyline – guess not!
Really! Hook looks like he’s just taking a nap amongst the bodies, not like he just managed to survive! Emma and Snow will so call his bluff!

In one picture it also kind of looks like maybe Aurora is the only one who really wants to help him.On a completely random note: I just noticed in the picture where Snow is holding the hook that her ring is still on her middle finger. Probably not important; just thought she would have switched it to her ring finger by now.
Well in the synopsis for “The Doctor” they say it’s an ogre massacre so probably not Cora interesting that Hook shows up out of this. And also that Smee kidnaps Belle when Hook is still in the EF.

I wonder if Cora has any alliance with the ogres. Despite the fact that the ogres seem so incapable of communication, maybe they are more intelligent than previously expected, and Cora made promises to them for their allegiance.

Also, I think Cora and Hook are working together. As Phee said, It seems too unlikely that he just happens to be the lone survivor.

I will also be interested to see if Hook and Smee have a means of communication. Also, I think Captain Hook and Belle had a history in FTL past. After Rumple threw her out, maybe Hook knew of their rocky relationship, and so invited Belle aboard his ship. He then handed her over to Regina for revenge against Rumple. Why else would Smee bother kidnapping Rumplestiltskin’s girlfriend? Smee either can communicate with Hook (e.g. via a magical orb) or Smee wants to hold Belle captive to try and force Rumpel to find a way to bring Hook over to SB.

I like this idea that Hook and Smee can potentially communicate between worlds…
We know that somehow, Snow will find a way to communicate with Charming. Snow’s in FTL, hanging out with Hook. Charming’s in SB, where Smee is kidnapping Belle…
If Hook has a communication device, chances are they’ll find it. There’s that shot of Snow holding the hook, and also the shot of Hook tied to the tree, so odds are, they’re gonna search his possessions at some point and be suspicious of him…
Maybe Smee’s end of the communication device somehow ends up in Belle’s possession, and then ends up in Charming’s possession when they find her. Or maybe they just go after Smee after Belle is found, and that’s when they find it. Of course, they’ll conveniently find it at just the right time when Snow’s on the other end of the line, trying to make it work.
