That would be my guess based on the call sheet that got leaked. Cora and Regina go after the Charmings and Neal in his father’s shop, which is why David is thrown to the ground in one scene, and MRJ is learning how to use a cutlass. Somewhere else Rumple is trying to protect Henry, and maybe Belle too. Maybe his cabin?
I think it’s the same scarf, I watched episode 19 again, and Baelfire wore this scarf when he left FTL.

It has! 😀 Wow, that scarf parallel is a great catch, if it’s the same one…they look kind of different to me, apart from having the same color, the one Neal wears looks a little longer? Nonetheless it would be so great if he kept it and wears it! What I’d love to see in Manhattan is whilst Emma is hunting down Neal, Rumple and Henry sneak into Neal’s apartment and Rumple somehow finds his boy’s clothing…the one he wore when falling into the portal. Of course just if Neal turns out to be Bae.
