I looked at the pictures, and it looks like a man’s hand, with the arm in a sweater. It can’t be Neal unless he puts on a sweater or jacket, because he is wearing a button down blue shirt, with sleeves pushed up. You can see Charming’s leather jacket, and Gold’s pocket square on other people in the photo, so it is not them. Maybe it is Emma, but that hand looks big for hers. Same with Tamra, plus the skin looks too pale for hers.
The most sensible guess is that it is Hopper, because he dresses in sweaters a lot. I’m not sure if he is in the episode though. A long shot that would make no sense right now is that it is Greg.

Seems like Dr. Hopper is not in the episode, so not him. I forgot about the dwarves, could be one of them but it does not look like all of them are there. If only one dwarf is at the party, it would be Grumpy.

Keith is the Sheriff, and the dwarves are there but Dr Hopper isn’t listed. 😕
Neal and Emma are standing to Rumple’s right in another shot so the elbow can’t belong to them unless Emma maybe moves between shots.

They shoot these episodes weeks in advance. Lacey was being shot probably back in February. We know Hook is coming back soon but don’t know exactly when but chances are it’s either here or in 2×20. Colin’s location at present has nothing to do with if he is in an episode or not.

I thought it the first time I saw the pictures and now with Adam’s twitter answer I am convinced. Besides the fact that Regina isn’t there the fact that Henry’s birthday is that soon and more than anything that they are celebrating it in Gold’s shop seems to indicate it’s just a dream. It just doesn’t make sense to me. My guess is he dreams harming Henry (that’s why they are all so shocked in that one picture) and wakes up from a nightmare. I believe It was mentioned by Robert previously that Henry being his undoing will be mentioned once again in this episode and that he doesn’t know what to do. On the bright side if I am right we might get to see what Mr. Gold sleeps in. 😉
