Well I think Emma didn’t have much choice, but if they’re implying Regina had time to change, that makes no sense. They all ran from the cave to the docks. Then if its magic, it makes even less sense she’d magic up THAT.

TV Guide: 9/7/13 = Who Falls Overboard on the Jolly Roger?!
ABC released the first photos for the Season 3 premiere, which feature the ragtag band of travelers heading to Neverland to save Henry (Jared Gilmore). But based on the photos below, it looks like Emma (Jennifer Morrison) goes overboard on their quest. Fortunately, her parents — Snow White (Ginnifer Goodwin) and Prince Charming (Josh Dallas) — are there to rescue her.It also looks like Hook (Colin O’Donoghue) wants to do more than save Emma as he shares a drink and likely imparts some wisdom about Neverland, where they’ll first be greeted by a school of not-so-friendly mermaids who threaten to end their search before it begins. Well I’m looking forward to hearing what wisdom Hook imparts. He knows more about NL than probably anyone, having lived there for some time.

I am also still hoping for RatSmee, or just that rat, Smee to turn up in flashbacks, leading a mutiny or something. NL is so awful that maybe the crew resented that he took them there.

You’re not the only one thinking that. Tonight it is the beginning of Shark Tank Week on ABC. It’s big for them. It would make a lot of sense to get a full 30sec-1min full promo during this time slot.

I doubt Smee lead a mutiny against Hook. Smee was still loyal to Hook in SB even despite knowing what Rumple was capable of.
