Never fear. According to the synopsis (https://oncepodcast.com/forums/topic/301-synopsis/) Neal is in 301, being nursed back to health by Mulan.
"He was a lot of things to me" "The only conclusion was love"I would imagine we will catch up with everyone in this episode. The focus will be mainly on the JR6 & Neverland but we’ll probably see Belle cast the cloaking spell and we’ll see Neal become conscious and have his wound treated. The episode will probably end with Henry meeting the “escapee” who in the last scene meets with Felix where it is revealed he’s PP
Every episode until 306 will probably involve the JR6, Neverland, PP and Felix and Henry. I think episode 2, we’ll see Belle, possibly briefly the interior of Rumple’s shop or house, but not Storybrooke. We may get a quick scene of Neal so that we know he is recovering/ recovered but most of the focus will be on Neverland.
Episode 3, We know Tinkerbell will be introduced in flashbacks, so she’ll most likely be seen in present day Neverland too.

I forgot Emma had seen Hook’s tattoo will she also see the same photo that Bae did of his mom in Hook’s cabin and start to but things together?
I’m sure that Emma’s pieced things together already. She knew Hook was out for revenge against Rumplestilskin who took Milah from him, but in the episode “In the name of the brother” Hook states “His one true love gone in an instant. Just like Milah Crocodile! When you took her from me!” and Rumple replies “But you took her first”. If Emma’s smart, she has an inkling that Milah could be Bae’s mother. And we know she’s smart.

Emma is smart about some things but she does have a blind spot when it comes to out of the ordinary. When Hook and Gold had that fight, Emma did not know Neal was anything to do with either of them. When she found out, there was one crisis after another.
Regina is smart about some things too, but she had to ask Gold what Neal was to Henry. Even after seeing Neal at the confrontation with her at the well. Now there’s a tweet to send Adam: What did Regina think was Neal’s reason to be at the well?

Even if Emma has pieced it together, it’s a way for CS to bond, to connect because I don’t think it will bother Emma for more than a second or two.
