First look at Giant on Monday 15

I don’t really like William Keck, if he’s the guy that I’m thinking of, who tries to make it seem like he’s the only one with the latest really big spoiler that he’ll only share if he gets so many new followers. However, this coming Monday, he will release the first look at Jorge Garcia as the Giant. 😀

I’m so excited for Monday because as Lil’Red and other SwanFire fans have mentioned on Tumblr, we’ll finally get to see the cast list. I’m like 95% that MR-J has to be in it, but I can’t wait to have solid proof. Also, he just went back to Vancouver today to start filming again, so he’ll most likely be in episode 9 perhaps a little in episode 8, but definitely episode 9. Now I’m on even more sure that episode 9 will be about August, and that Mysterious Man and August know each other in it.

I always enjoy reading your theories, AntBee. All the speculation is about tho pay off (hopefully in a big way). I’d love for August and Baelfire to share a connection and know each other in our world. Now that we’ve seen August as an animated puppet-man in SB thanks to magic, I hope he is the one who sent the carrier pigeon to the mystery guy in NYC. I also really hope the mystery man goes by Jack in our world but by another unusual name in FTL: Baelfire. 🙂

Random pondering: could the Giant be an ogre? Could that be why they’re introducing ogres at this point? And then releasing a pic of Jorge as the Giant the day after the ep with the ogres airs?

I sort of think the ogres are going to be an issue throughout the season and not just a one shot problem. Maybe though the giant is like the head ogre.

I loved in 2×3 when Emma said, “Ogres? As in ‘fee-fi-fo-fum?” and Snow replied, “No, those are giants.” 🙂

Nice! Now that we have our giant, I hope we’ll get our Jack. Although, I have a feeling the writers will purposefully omit Jack from the story to leave us guessing about who he is and what happened to him. Perhaps Baelfire is Jack, or perhaps Jack grew up to be Captain Hook, which is how he knows to climb up the magic beanstalk to get a magical compass.

Or maybe Jack of beanstalk fame is also the infamous Captain Jack Sparrow and he has already stolen the magic compass but we will not know about it till Hook tries to get it from the giant which could mean there will be a captain jack sparrow…sigh..I doubt it would happen but I would love it if there was going to be a Johnny Depp episode…know it is not going to happen but how cool would it be if Hook was Captain Jack’s son?
