Seeing so many UK fans here. It’s making me think of the Fray Bentos pies we used to get her in Canada. I actually used to buy Tyne’s tinned pies. Haven’t had them since the 90’s when they banned beef imports because of mad cow. It’s 2013 Canada!!!! Time to open up the doors and let the Fray Bentos immigrate back into my hot oven! 😆
Yes, I know. They aren’t the healthiest thing. But gosh, aren’t they yummy with that wonderful flaky crust on top and layers of softer crust on the bottom that just peels off, layer after layer. (Can you tell I’m having a 20 year craving?)
