I don’t think Tamera and Maid Marian are related because how did she get a photograph of her Grandmother and secondly didn’t they state that Tamera was not a FL person.
Tamara seems to be a normal person, not a FTL counterpart. But she might be a problem in terms of a normal person finding out about magic (but Jane said she could totally be lying).
[adrotate group="5"]The photograph is obviously from our land and it’s recent enough that it could have been taken just a few years ago. If Robin and Marian are killed and baby Tamara and her grandmother come here to live then the photo is no issue.
The key here is that Jane could totally be lying. Also, if she left FTL as a baby then she wouldn’t have an FTL counterpart. She would have been from FTL but raised here in our world.

They could have taken the photo after they came to our world. Also, he stated she was human and not magical. There were people in the EF that weren’t magical too. So it is possible that after her parents were killed, Tamara’s grandmother brought baby Tamara to our world to keep her safe.

Exactly. They made a very big deal about how difficult it was to get from FTL to our world during that time period. At the time, only Rumple’s curse and the wardrobe worked as ways to travel there. All of the beans were destroyed at the time, and Jefferson’s hat could only travel to magical realms. Rumple worked for centuries to find his way over, so if so many other people from FTL were able to cross over during that time period, I would find that a bit disappointing and contradictory to what has happened.

A very valid point but we do know that there are other ways of getting to our world besides those you’ve listed. Rumple was looking for other ways, that’s why he employed Jefferson. So it’s not outside the realm of possibility that baby Tamara and her grandmother had one of those other ways.

As for how they could get here, maybe Rumple was close to finding a way and that’s some of the magic they steal from him? So of course, he’d be after their whole family, and that’s why Tamara’s grandmother uses the magic so they can escape. Perhaps?
The question to consider is why would anyone in their right mind try and steal magic from Rumple. He’s the dark one, it’s practically suicide. Robin may be a good thief but he’s not stupid. Desperate times call for desperate measures. So what could make Robin desperate enough to try and steal from Rumple?
