So I ran into this picture…Blame Lil’Red for starting that Shipping Game. 😆 I was just looking for a picture of gold diggers, I swear!
I so wish I could embed it into my nick, but I alas I seem to lack the technical skills 😆However in honor of this picture, I set you girls this challenge. Yes I am mad, but I have faith in you girls that you can behave.
Which is the better man, Gold or Hook. It’s the battle of OuaT, brain vs brawn, crocodile vs captain, subltlety vs boldness, stiff collared gentleman vs loose flirtish charm, Gold cane vs silver Hook, Sugardaddy vs Boytoy, driven by love or hate, Grandad vs Boy Wonder, and last but not least Scotland vs Ireland. Both are bad boys through and through, and smouldering in their leathery hotness, but yet they could not be more different. And that’s why we either love them or hate them. So, you tell me, who do YOU love and why is your man better?
Now let us keep this a clean fight. That means not mud slinging! Or not too much of it anyway, don’t let it go further than a tease. Just tell me why your man is better. I DO NOT WANT YOU DISSING OTHER FANS. Else no points for you. This is only meant as a joke, so let us keep it that way. Don’t say anything to spite someone, and keep it funny. In the end both Gold and Hook are great characters and actors that do their job with great dedication. Why else would we love them so much?

So my choice?… Well no surprises there. Gimme the man. Cute boys with an Irish accent? Been there, done that…even got some smutty fanfic to prove it. 😆 Now it’s time for scottish chocolat. Could listen for hours to that voice.
Both man have layers, but Gold definately has more of them. And a man that sacrifices everything for his son… I gotta love him for that. The subtlety Robert Carlyle brings to the role is just fantastic, you feel everything he feels. Having said that, Hook makes me laugh… A lotBut in the end it´s 1-0 for Gold
So who will be next? Will it become 2-0 or 1-1? *ding, ding* Time for the next round
[adrotate group="5"]For me it is Mr. Gold 100%. I love him because despite all of the evilness, he is doing it all for the love of his son. He became the Dark One to prevent his son from going into battle and getting killed. Although he is obsessed with the power he still feels he needs to protect his son. Unfortunately, he breaks his deal with Bae for power and then regrets it immediately and he spends an eternity searching for his son. Gold has so many layers and is so sweet and so evil at all at once. RC plays him so magnificently that every emotion is so raw and felt so deeply!! Long live Gold!!!
Hook, although he is a tasty snack 😉 , he is just plan evil and angry. 👿 He stole Rumple’s wife (even though she made it all too easy) and then wants vengeance on Rumple after Rumple kills her because Hook wants him “to know how it feels”. Hello!! Rumple lost his wife to him and he loved Milah so he obviously knows what it is like to losing someone.
