Crack theory idea: Alice, in the books, has a sister. The sister always came across, to me at least, as snobby and mean, but not evil. However in the Onceverse, couldn’t those traits become evil. What if the RQ is Alice’s sister who disappeared a long time ago and became Queen. The RQ wants Cyrus for herself and is willing to do whatever it takes.

Yes, but in the Disney depiction of Alice in Wonderland, the elder sister sincerely loved Alice, unless Adam and Eddy pull a Regina and Snow on us, and it would make Alice The White Queen and the Sister the Red Queen! I can see this happening, good point out RumpleGirl!! But as for Red Queen being Grace’s mother, I can totally see that happening, especially since Regina seemed to show some form of recognition with Grace’s Mother, I thought Regina had a younger sister, up till The Stable Boy where I learned she’s an only child, but Regina has like four uncles, so maybe Grace’s Mother is Regina’s cousin. Who knows, we’ll have to wait and see. If Red Queen is Grace’s Mother, I can’t wait till that reunion between her and Jefferson happen, it might be able to outdo Rumple’s Emmy Needed reunion with Bae/Neal!
