Hello! I am excited to have found this place- I have not been so obsessed with a show since Ghost Whisperer! I have been watching since the beginning and have become totally drawn in to the story. (You know I’m really hooked on a show when I start daydreaming about being magically transported to the world of the characters.)
I have always been drawn to fairytales. I’ve been a Disney fanatic since grade school and even worked at Walt Disney World until a few months ago when my husband and I moved to Northern CA. I was a “fairy godmother-in-training” at the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique in Cinderella Castle! We did princess makeovers on little girls, and I essentially lived with those famous stories every day.
I have read and seen many variations on fairytales- the musical Into the Woods, Muppet versions such as Hey Cinderella and Frog Prince, books like Ella Enchanted, Fairest, Just Ella, Beauty, and Rose Daughter. Disney did a really neat book on the origin of Snow White’s Wicked Queen called Fairest of All.
Anyway, as you can tell- Once Upon a Time proved a perfect fit for me. I LOVE the concept, and I love crossover stories. As a teen, I once wrote a story about Ariel, Belle, and Jasmine getting simultaneously bonked on the heads with magic stones that cause them to switch minds. (Yeah…I have a bizarre imagination sometimes!)
Anyway- looking forward to participating on the forums!

Welcome Angela!!! I agree i haven’t been this obsessed about a show since Roswell. I am already thinking we need to start collecting fairytale books just in case we have to save the show one day!
Thanks for coming, AngieBell! It’s been a long time since I was at Disney World, but I grew up in southern California, so I remember Disney Land very well.
