I think Zelena’s plan is to swap her younger self for the Charming baby, only she doesn’t realize that that’s how she gets to Oz in the first place. Zelena has strong, innate magic, just like Emma’s product-of-true-love magic, and I think that’s not just a coincidence.

James – Charming never met his brother, so maybe he’ll honor him by calling his son James, even though James was not the nicest person in the EF.

If, and it’s a very big if, they want to use Neal’s name, I would rather it be like the tradition my family has and use it as a middle name, not a first name.

However, I have a feeling it’s going be a girl.  That will cause more psychological issues with Emma seeing her parents raise a girl as they should have raised her.  It works with a boy, too.  So who knows what it’s going to be.
