Well my hair is pretty straight. I certainly wouldn’t consider it curly at all, but i seriously just brush it and let it air dry and it has some wave to it, similar to Emma. Clearly they use a curling iron on Emma’s hair a bit and create some of those ringlets, but the thought that her hairstyle would take any time never even occurred to me because i am almost there and i do nothing. It probably does depend on what your hair is like though like you said.

.
Makes me want to run my fingers through it, just to see how soft it really is. 😆

there seems to be continuity problems here… in one scene her hair seems newly washed then it looks like it neglected… this seems to occur at intervals through out the season…
I noticed that, too. So weird. I love the curly princess style and it really doesn’t bother me that it may or may not take time to do it. And that is so true:

So really, who cares? lol The change between perfectly styled her and flat hair between takes is strange, though.

I asked for a Mary Margaret pixie last month and ended up with a Regina do.
!!! I’d love to see it (Stupid anonymity, but I understand. 😉 Sometimes I wish we could all meet. :3).
Last Monday I went to my hairdresser equipped with four Ginny Goodwin photographs (just one from OUaT, the rest others) and told her I wanted that hair style. I went from breast length to pixie cut. 😀 Later that day my fellow students saw me … I honestly never had so much success with my hair! 😯 Never got so many comments on a Facebook photo either, lol. I’ll probably have the same problem with maintaining it as you Josephine. I’ll go along with it, though. 😉Back to the actual topic (sry for jumping so much …).
The Snow White wedding hair reminded me of a bird’s nest … Just, sayin’.May 13, 2012 at 12:09 pm #146494PriceofMagicParticipantRegina’s evil queen hair changes throughout the season so I’m wondering, is it possible to timeline the events that happen in fairytale land with the help of Regina’s hair as well as other events?
All magic comes with a price!

I think it might.
May 13, 2012 at 12:47 pm #146505hjbauParticipantPossibly. I always think that Regina just must wave her hand over her hair because it changes color, but maybe they are more consistent then that.
May 15, 2012 at 1:11 am #146830fairygodmotherParticipantI didn’t like Snow’s hair for the wedding either. It looks to me like as the season progressed, they found more natural looking, prettier ways to do her long hair. I wonder what we’ll see as season two progresses…I also have wondered if Ginny Goodwin will grow her hair out for next season or keep it in the pixie. I think the pixie looks great on her, but I could see her going longer again too.
Then again, ladies, how many of us have gone to the stylist for an extra-special hairstyle for a wedding or some such and ended up frantically trying to tone it down at home twenty minutes before you need to leave? I know I have!
May 15, 2012 at 4:30 am #146866the-evil-queenParticipantJust bought a lot of hair extensions to do evil queen hair. Looking at her black set in the hansel/gretel ep and the blue set atm
May 29, 2012 at 2:53 am #148003JosephineParticipantI no longer have Evil Queen hair. As I posted earlier my hairstyle sort of resembled Regina’s in Storybrooke only a little shorter. Well, I was sick of it getting in my face so I decided to get my bangs cut this weekend. It looks like I got a whole new haircut, and I really didn’t. Now I have to make the decision whether I should go full pixie next time, ala Mary Margaret, or not.

May 29, 2012 at 9:28 am #148007mazeParticipantI really wish I could pull off a pixie cut, but I doubt it would work. I have super curly hair down to my hips. Not only would that be a HUGE change for me, but I have enough trouble flat ironing my fringe as it is. Something tells me that a full pixie cut would be a very bad idea. Still, I envy those that can do it. I just love the look, especially on Ginny. 🙂
