Help with Fanfic I’m writing…?

So I’m writing a story that sort of got out of hand and I could really use some help with character reactions. Obviously I have my own thoughts on how the story should go and how the characters will react but it would be good to get some other opinions.
So the background, it takes place after 2×09 and starts with a basic morning in the Charming household, lol. Emma is out and the rest of the family are just dragging themselves out of bed to get on with the day. Next thing we know Snow faints, although caught by her husband. She had mentioned not feeling right, feeling very weak and then just fainted. Henry is instructed to call an ambulance after five minutes with no change. When Paramedics arrive she is awake but they take her to hospital just to be safe. Emma is phoned from the ambulance and stops at home to get some clothes for her Mum before meeting them at the hospital. The whole family are there when the results of her blood test arrive back. It confirms she fainted due to low blood pressure and low blood sugar but also gives her a hCG reading in the thousands meaning only one thing- She’s pregnant.
Character reactions…? This is where `I hand it to you, how do you think the four in the room would react to this news??

Second question- it will later come out that the baby is in fact not Charming’s, but Whale’s. Reactions from the adults only on this one- don’t think Henry should know.
Any help is much appreciated, it helps me as the writer know if I’m going down the right path.

I think Emma’s reactions would be the most interesting, especially over time. I think at first (and publicly) she’d be very positive and supportive, but I think there might end up being some slow-growing resentment. She’s barely connected with her parents, is just now really getting to know the real them and get used to them being a part of her life- and boom, there’s a new sibling to think about. It would be a very strange (and maybe even exaggerated) form of sibling jealousy, in that this new baby is going to get all the things she never had- mainly a complete and united family. So on the one hand, she’d be happy for the baby, but also sort of sad because it just highlights the things she missed out on growing up.

I think that eventually she’d warm to the idea of being a big sister. It can’t be harder than being a co-mom, after all. 🙂
