What if Henry develops a crush on Elsa?

Didn’t the boy in The Snow Queen fancy her or something?

Goodness, if only Henry was 21! I could have shipped it! But sadly he’s only 13…but it would be nice to see Henry blush or stutter whenever Elsa’s around.

Now that Henry (and Jared) are older, they can probably start giving him some actual storylines that doesn’t require him to be a plot device.

I agree to some extent. Henry’s (and Jared’s) best work was in S1. He wasnt’ being kidnapped or used by a baddie. But he was sweet and lovable. I think a large part of the problem stems from the writers not knowing what to do with him anymore, in part because they keep getting distracted by SHINY!

Henry learns magic. That is the plot he should have. I’m surprised it hasn’t happened. I thought he would have been more involved in the NL thing but he wasn’t as much as he should have been. Rumpel defeating Pan was nice but it would have been cool if Henry would have dukes it out with him atleast once instead of giving him vital organs

It’s utterly bizarre that they haven’t had him at least talk about wanting to learn magic. The kid has a golden heart of the truest believer. That’s gotta come back into play.

Yes! Henry vs Pan could have been an epic thing to see…the boy is a Mills-Stilskin-Charming, c’mon! I think magic Henry is soooo much better than sword swinging Henry.

I think Henry’s main storyline should be trying to bridge the magical world with the regular. I know A and E think that all storytelling must be BIG and MYTHIC with some BIG BAD but….I go weary of that (especially when it really doesn’t live up to expectations).

Henry should be struggling with school because he’s interested in learning magic. Henry should be making friends but trying to keep them at a distance cause he knows that people “go away” inexplicably. Henry should be in mourning for his father and struggling with his identity now that he’s lost a parent.

(side note: but I swear to heaven…if they make Henry A-OK in S4 with Neal being dead, barely showing any effects of having lost his father. I swear to….I will TEAR through this forum like a mad person)

I’d love for him to hang out (and for us to see him hanging out) with Red or Belle or the Dwarves. Show that the whole town loves Henry, not just his family.

I’d like to see Henry still dealing with Neal’s death in season 4 especially as season 4 premiere will carry on from where the season 3 finale ended. It’s a little unbelievable that he would suddenly jump into playing happy families with Emma and Hook. Henry would accept Hook in the way that Hook is Emma’s boyfriend and he makes Emma happy, but I don’t think Henry would want to feel like he is letting Hook replace his dad so he may push Hook away if Hook tried to bond with him on that kind of fatherly level.

I think Henry and Rumple should spend more time together as they are each other’s last blood connection to Neal. If Henry wanted to know what his dad was like growing up, Rumple would be the one to ask. Plus it would give the two chance to bond. Henry has two sets of grandparents so he should spend time wime with RumBelle as well as Snowing.

I think Henry will learn magic at some point – but it makes sense to get Emma to a place where she’s comfortable, and Regina realizing she can use light magic before they start with Henry.  That way he’s got 2 role models steering him in the right direction.
