Henry, Regina, & Emma

I got to thinking during this episode, did Regina ever know that Henry is Emma’s son!? Even better, did Mr. Gold know it? We know that Mr. Gold “acquired” Henry for Regina. So was he using Henry to get Emma to Storybrook knowing he would search for her one day? If Regina did know, why would you adobt “the Savoir’s” son knowning she would one day show up possibly looking for her son!
