Henry reveals in this episode that Regina uses his birthday as the password to everything, including the keypad into the Psych ward. Back in the episode “A Tale of Two Sisters”, Regina appears to be typing in the numbers “815” to get into the same ward, which could mean that August 15th could in fact be Henry’s birthday. This would be another tie to “8:15”, if this is the case.

8:15 is important to all his parents, so it makes a lot of sense.

Yeah you!

Actually it doesnt makes sense, this is probably not right numbers, this only makes sense if is hour of birth( bc that Hour is connected to both Neal and Emma) bc this date has continuity errors, if was the right munbers then is like Emma article on S1 where they say that she was arrested in 1996 with 16 years, yet then she has in 1996 she was 13 years not 16, or like Neal birthday that after 315 Adam said was not real, bc his age could not be given a real transcripted to a exact date in our world since Neal was born in EF.
1st – For this date to be read Henry has to be very permature baby, bc like the show pointed Neal and Emma meet in 2001, was never stated the month, but looked by the clothes that was winter and since Emma was later using a flowers dress, i would say February/March 2001, that to make henry having 10 years in the pilot and in this whole mess thing, that is the only date that keeps not changing year 2001. And even if they meet early 2001( mention twice on the show now), is also not possible unless the minute emma entered the bug she got pregnant in a “miracle” pregnancy.
2nd- Like @Keb said, back then Emma was still not 18 like she pointed out;
3rd- And the one you seem to be forgetting, no way he could have 11 in 214, if like they say season 2 happened in early 2012.
So conclusion, henry bithday date is still a secret, bc the writers forgot that a pregnancy last 9 months, and have no continuity in many of the things they add from season to season.

October 1, 2015 at 8:26 am #308860RumplesGirlKeymaster*shrug* Shock. The writers don’t know how things work; they have always played fast and loose with Emma’s age and pregnancy stuff so even if it doesn’t make sense, it might still be his birthday for poetic reasons. I’ll actually take Henry being born on August 15th over human physiology since it ties him to Neal, Emma and Regina.
Sometimes symbolism is far more important than details

I know that the writers make no logic, what im talking is why people assume is the birth date and not the birth hour that also ties to Regina if she uses the password henry hour of birth, bc the Regina from S1 and S2 , would be smart to know that people if want to know something would use Henry birthday date, but the SB people would never know the hour that he was born, also i think i saw( after all was season 3, cant remenber with 100% sure, i guess @Keb knows that better bc of the timeline) when they showed the Hnery birthday back in S3, that besides the lights flashing there was a watch that showed he was born at 8.15, then emma arrives to SB at 8.15, Neal is taken to NVL at 8.15, and regina uses at hour as password. So my doubt is why people would assume this is a the day henry was born and not the hour, especially bc the hour of birth is part of the day u are born, bc when u are born u have a day, month, year and hour, so this is not much about story is more, why would people say that this is the day, why cant be hour? again another mistery in the ouat land of errors of continuity, but whatever, i dont care much about this writing errors, my only problem with this , is that this is the reason why Neal fans are still bullied inside the fandom, the so call assumptions what make no sense.

October 1, 2015 at 9:52 am #308865KebParticipantEddy said himself they don’t care to have the timeline perfect and don’t expect us to know what day of the week it is. And although the evidence really points to her birthday being October 22nd, with her first full day in Storybrooke (and the first full day of the Curse) being October 23rd, even Emma’s birthday is a question mark with some fans celebrating both days.
(Saturday, October 22nd, is a pretty sensible day for her to be on a date with Ryan before busting him…YES EDDY I KNOW WHAT DAY OF THE WEEK IT IS.)
It’s been my policy to put evidence from within the show itself first as I timeline, so I’ve taken both Emma’s statement that she was 18 when she gave birth in 104 and Henry’s statement that he’s 10 when he meets Emma to be true. The only way it maths out is if they share a birthday…which would be October 22nd (or 23rd if my reasoning is off by a day because Magic). Nobody has EVER said in the show that they do share a birthday, so this theory is not ridiculous…but that’s why I’ve set his birth at October 22nd, 2001 on the timeline.
That, incidentally, sets his conception in late January/early February 2001. (February 22nd would be 8 months before his birth in this scenario.) I’ve got Emma stealing the bug on the first of January, 2001 (which is my default date anyway when I know the year but nothing else, but still works here). That gives her and Neal a couple of months together, which, with the lifestyle they were living, would be pretty intense. It also sets it over a year after Emma leaves Ingrid, so she’s got a year to attain her more mature appearance at 17.
As for her age when she meets Ingrid and Lily (within about a year of each other, and around 1998/1999), she remembers its being 13, 14, when she tells Hook when they watch the home video. She would have been 14 in October 1997…so if she meets Lily in early October, 1998, before her birthday, the age of 14 works (and yes, that works with the American publishing date of Harry Potter, September 1, 1998…just barely…). Young Emma is therefore 15 when she lives with the Chore Wheel family and Ingrid shortly thereafter; she stays with Ingrid six months, but I’ve got her leaving before she’s 16.

October 1, 2015 at 11:25 am #308877JosephineParticipantRainbow, you forget that most people don’t know their birth hour. Parents might be able to rattle it off, but Henry was adopted. I’ve heard some states in the U.S. list it on birth certificates but in the Commonwealth of PA we don’t have it. My parents never even knew mine specifically, just a fifteen minute range since I was born without a doctor or nurse (but in the hosptial).
The chance that Henry’s birth hour would be in his adoption records are slim. In the real world, Regina would probably have no clue what time Henry was born. That’s why it’s reasonable the 815 refers to the birthday and not the time of birth.
