In your opinion, does Emma have the right to keep Henry from getting his memories back? I don’t think she has any right to decide for him, and she actually owes it to him to get his memories back. She’s keeping a whole part of him away from himself; his other mother, his father, his grandparents, everything that happened in Storybrooke (and Neverland). I know she’s trying to give him a good life, and she thinks keeping his old life from him is the only way to do this, but her decision doesn’t sit well with me on a moral/ethical level.

    So, what do you say?

I agree. Emma has no right to keep Henry from getting his memories. She says she wants to give him a good life and she thinks he was happy in NY. I don’t doubt that he was happy there, but he had happy times in SB as well. And more important: people he loved, like his father, his grandparents, Regina,… And maybe it would be important to think about his safety. without his memories he’s completely helpless, because he doesn’t know what’s going on. And they can’t watch and protect him every second. I’m sure he’ll be tired of being babysitted soon. I mean he’s 12! Who needs a babysitter for some hours in the afternoon if he’s already 12?? And Emma herself hates if people are lying to her, and she experienced how Henry hates it, after Henry met Neal. So why is she still lying? I hope Henry will remember soon.

If there is a way to restore his memories, that should be Regina’s decision to make. He is Regina’s son.
