Henry's Plan

I know and it sucks. I’m just hopeful it’s a setup for positive things in the future–positive, dramatic things, of course, but Henry’s actually developing a relationship with his father’s side of the family is something I’d really like to see.

Is it just me or has Henry been acting extra shady lately? First, I don’t get why he is so into regina’s plan to change fate. Henry seems like he’d be the one person telling her what she is doing is evil or “cheating” and that she shouldn’t go down that route but just work toward being better. Then, its odd how he just pushes Emma to asking Hook out. Given the things going on with Regina, it seems to me that Henry is trying to keep Emma out of his way or occupied. THEN there was the dialogue about how Rump MUST have figured out a way to change his fate because now he is married to Belle. It just didn’t make sense… Idk. I’m sorry guys, but I’m calling it now:

Henry is up to no good. He’s manipulating everyone. He’s keeping Emma occupied, working with Regina under the guise that he is helping her for her happy ending, and tricking Rumpel into employing him so that he can snoop around the shop. Even that last shot of Henry sweeping in the shop was eerily shady…. I honestly think Henry has plans. Idk what they are but I feel there is more going on here.

I haven’t seen the episode yet, but tell me this is a joke. For the love of God. I never thought Henry would be capable of this. He is so not the manipulation type. I mean hello he is family, surely Rumple would tell him if he simply asked. Getting close to him only to find out information is just mean. He’ll give Rumple the impression that he’s truly interested in forming a bond with him only to disappoint him in the end. That is not the way Neal would have raised him (had he been given the chance to that is).

…………..yeah…there’s no way Henry Mills can be manipulative, I mean it’s not like it’s in his name or even in his blood….nooo…of course not.

This is not about his family tree. Neal was related to both Pan and Rumple and yet he remained a good man throughout his life. Henry never once has shown any interest in darkness. In fact he keeps those who are tempted, on the right path. Although… I guess witnessing time and time again how being good gets you nowhere but seperated by realms or dead, I suppose it’s logical for Henry to start giving up being a hero.

Henry never once has shown any interest in darkness

They said in an interview that Henry would be tempted by both light and darkness this season.

For all those who find it hard to believe Henry is incapable of manipulation…. let’s look at his family tree.

It has nothing to do with Henry not being capable. He’s using his dead father against his grandfather. He’s using Rumple’s son against him.

If Henry wants to be manipulative fine. But there is a line and evoking your dead father to use against your grandfather who is still mourning his SON…that line…it be behind you.

It’s wrong, but Henry’s been a manipulative little kid since day one when he got Emma to come back to Storybrooke with him.

He’s definitely Rumple’s grandson. And while it IS horrible that he’s using Neal as a weapon here…Rumple’s done that to…just about everyone? If anyone deserves it, it’s Rumple. (But Neal doesn’t. Gah I miss him.)

So its plausible then? Henry has other motives than helping Regina… This season is just the season of shady. Shady Hook, Shady Rump, Shady Sarah, Shady Henry. No wonder Blue is coming back.

I’m just going to keep hoping that this story arc involves MORE SCREENTIME for Henry, Belle, and Rumple. TOGETHER sometimes please?
