He most likely is Pinocchio based on what little we know now, but i just can’t get over it. Pick anyone. I want him to be Peter Pan.

Well after the switch that they pulled on us I’m not prepared to rub it in to you Pinocchio haters until we at least go a full episode with the same identity for August! lol

I think he his Pinocchio. All the clues point to it.

    The introduction of Mr. Whale
    The wooden donkey toy
His name August Wane Booth (A. W. B.) A Wooden Boy
Mr. Gold realizing he was from STL
and finally the clips for next weeks show “The Stranger”

August Wayne Booth does not stand for A Wooden Boy.

I think she’s talking about the acronym. A play on the letters. 😉

Exactly, maybe the writers gave us a clue, then again who can say. I just like the hunt and so far they have given us a lot of breadcrumbs. 😀

I just don’t think so. A Wooden Boy is never something that is said about Pinocchio. It isn’t like that is a saying. I think that is just an extreme stretch that the writers did that on purpose.

Another clue comes at 33:08. If you view that scene you will see the light shining through the background as Rumple and August hug. The shadow is a puppet string holder turned sideways. Maybe I am just seeing what I want to see but the clues keep pointing to him being Pinocchio.
