Anyone have any thoughts on the giant hole in the street in Storybrooke? I am guessing it could be a portal of some kind. Maybe this is how Cora/Snow/Emma can get back there? Or maybe it can somehow get Charming and Henry over to FTL?

    .
It is interesting that it is still there after 2 episodes. You would expect road contruction crew working on it. Something about it might show up ….. eventually. . 😮

    Don't grow up. It's a trap.

I too have thought it weird that there is a hole in the ground as a focal point. I have a theory that it may be connected too the rule of the hat. When Regina got the poisoned apple last season, not only was the ring with Daniel’s memory used as the last bit of magic, but it was also part of the trade to bring the apple in to our world. Knowing that. . . . what came in place of Emma and Mary Margeret into Storybrooke. Maybe it came out of the hole in the ground?

Yep- we’ve seen a lot of that hole lately, it must mean something for it to be featured so often- unless of course they are just using it as an easy way of reminding us SB has been trashed without having to totally trash a real town every time they film 😉

It definitely looks like something could have come out. At least there are little traffic cones around it.

Yes. Those magical traffic cones are the most important thing. Thank god for the traffic cones.

Seriously though. That hole is begging for something to come out of it.
