I dunno. I still think the Darling kids are going to Neverland…the Shadow didn’t get Bae because Bae used his matches and wound up on Hook’s ship instead. And that means the finale could feature Bae and Hook having to save the Darlings.

Yes, good point Keb. Doesn’t the shadow still need a boy (for some reason?) because he lost Bae?

Tamara probably isn’t Wendy’s granddaughter if the Darlings founded the Home Office. If I remember correctly Greg and Tamara don’t really know who exactly they’re working for, right?

I get the feeling Greg and Tamara don’t know the extent of the Home Office, maybe they have a handler who reports to the big dogs at the top of the company. But Greg and Tamara themselves are foot soldiers.

It seems that the Home Office also sees them as soldiers. I mean, they know that these 2 will die if the activitate the dark diamand of destruction and they dont’t really seem to care and are willing to sacrifice the 2.

If the Home Office was in fact found by Wendy, then they’ve been around for over 100 years. Where else have they been in our world because Tamara said that this wasn’t the first time the Home Office has been doing what it’s doing? I still think they probably recruited Dorothy after she got back from Oz, which we know was at least 28 years go.

I wonder if they are going to tie the home office into the Salem Witch trials. Though that would mean that the Home Office has been around longer than Wendy.

The Darlings as the original Home Office would be a nice shout-out to the Peter and the Starcatchers book series, which had a similar thread of protecting our world from dark magic running through the books. Disney (and therefore ABC) has a direct connection to those books, so it is certainly within their existing arsenal of ideas.

There’s also the recurring theme in fiction of Hitler and the nazism’s ties with occultism. They could also tie the organization to that if they so desire.

That’d be dark. Going back even further than the Salem Witch trials there were several Inquisitions in Europe from about 1100 – 1800 AD. Hopefully though, the writers will stay away from any one religious group and just focus on magic like Dorothy and Oz.
