I think that making Bae be Peter, there’s a lot more option for storytelling involving their past rather than just showing Peter once in a Hook flashback and then never using that as more of the reason for potential conflict between Peter & Hook (it makes more sense if Bae is Peter).
Agreed. Not that I’d hate it if they turned Hook into Pan, but I think there’s far more potential for the story if Nealfire is Pan instead.
I’m just learning about Colin’s ears now! I definitely think there’s room for that evidence in this theory. I love it!
As for Baelfire being Slightly because he remembers his past – GENIUS! Thank you for sharing that bit of info! It makes so much sense!

I believe Bae is a lost boy. If he is, I think he might be Slightly. I looked up the Lost Boys in wikipedia, and it said that “unlike the other Lost Boys, he remembers his life before he was ‘lost’ ” (the portal). Neal obviously rememers his father (and I’m sure he’d remember his mother). He obviously remembers his life before he, and Gold were seperated.
There’s also one other very possible, and very convenient clue. One which again, gives credit to ingenous casting. Look at these ears:
