And this is completely off topic, but I was wondering..do you think that Rumple actually loved Milah? Because I don’t know if his anger at Hook is because he (in his eyes) took Milah away from his son, or took his wife that he loved. 😕
I don’t know. Very good question though. I think it was the first, although there could have been a time that he loved Milah too.
I think he cared about Milah but didn’t love her..

Causing Belle to lose her memory is actually crueller than killing her. Whereas Hook lost Milah and her dying words were “I love you”, Rumple has lost Belle yet has to see her walk around with no memory of him or their love. He’s so close yet so far from her. Hook wanted Belle to lose her memory because he wanted to make Rumple suffer.
Yes and Hook wants Rumple to suffer like he had..remember he’s been carrying this weight around for at least 300 years, he wants Rumple to suffer like he did…But there’s the thing that Belle’s memory CAN be fixed, and it will be fixed but Milah can’t come back..Dead is Dead

I think Rumple was more angry that Hook took Milah away from Bae. Rumple considered himself unlovable so Milah leaving him was probably to be expected. However, her leaving Bae was unforgivable. Rumple always brings up Bae and how Milah left him whenever Milah comes up in conversation.
All magic comes with a price!

Yeah same, and I think in the scene where he kills Milah he was blaming her for his guilt in letting Bae go..
Ohh.. Ok. Thanks so much! 😀
