Hook’s revenge

Hmm…I had forgotten that Cora had knocked Aurora out and she was awakened by Hook…I suppose he could have taken her heart while she was asleep. I missed some details while watching the show because I was visiting my parents so they watched with us, and my dad kept asking questions during the show! Maybe it was more apparently Aurora’s heart that I realized. Still hoping it isn’t, but we’ll see.

AntBee, I think you hit the nail right on the head. While there can be some doubt as to who took the heart, there’s no doubt has to whose heart it is.

Now, after reading all these posts, I can’t wait for a Hook-Cora back story. I hope, during the second half of the season, they show will concentrate on that, and on the “retaking the kingdom” plotline, rather than too many background story and filler episodes.

Personally, as soon as we saw them together the first time, at the end of “The Crocodile” I thought these two have known together for a while. Just the way the talked, it gave me a feeling. Now, with Cora saying she went through “too many lands”, it’s not a stretch to assume that one of those lands was Neverland. They tell each other their backstories, and she teaches him how to take a heart out of someone’s body.

(This might belong in another thread, but I think that comment puts to rest the theory that she is the Queen of Hearts. It makes it sound as if she did not stay in one land long enough to become Queen of one land.

Interestingly, as I typed the above there was a commercial on the radio for a Canadian restaurant chain called Cora. Hum, maybe the mirror sent her to Canada, where she became a restaurant mogul!)
