Well, we know that magic in Storybrooke is different. He seems to have no trouble, but there may come a time when he does run into some complications with his powers. Perhaps Captain Hook finds a way against his magic–maybe Cora taught a bit to help him gain an advantage against Rumpelstiltskin.
It could be that Rumpelstiltskin’s favor would be for Emma to fight him–she already tricked him once, and she is a strong fighter. 🙂

Yeah, that is also a possibility. What would you think of this?
What if somehow- Rumple doesn’t have his powers, and something happens to where Rumple and Hook would duel, but Rumple would be without powers as I said..facing his fears, and fighting for Belle. We would see the bravery that Belle awakened in him. Idk…this isn’t perfected or my theory yet, just a thought. Be a cool parallel. 🙂

Maybe he could also feel a bit remorse for what he has done–I know Milah is not popular, but she still did not deserve to die. 🙂 But it would be great to see him gaining bravery for Belle and Baelfire–if he does get caught in the middle.

In Into the Deep, Rumple told Belle that Cora was “Someone you’ll never meet”. Saying that almost guarantees that Belle is going to have some sort of interaction with Cora.

or that Cora does make it to SB, sooner or later and ALL of the residents will have to face her.
But I do agree, I would be surprised if Cora ignored Bella’s significance. We still need to learn what Cora’s plans are exactly. Is she after Regina? Or Rumple, who apparently defeated her? I reckon both but then again, the writers may give her completely different reasons after all.

True. At first I thought that she was just after Regina…but now, who knows?

I think it’s safe to say that Hook won’t be able to get close to Belle in Storybrooke.

HE WAS SO MEAN TO HER! lol. It was really funny though…You don't? Oh. Well I'm afraid I'm not here to rescue you. And then he just knocks her out and is about to kill her…wow. hahaha I”M SO EXCITED FOR THE NEW EPISODE. It will be good. 🙂

1.) keep Hook on the show
and
2.) Later, have him soul-searching, convicted for being evil, slowly turning into a good(ish) guy at some point in the long run. Never squeaky clean, but not evil either. -
