Prediction – They take wood from Hook’s ship to make a large wardrobe, have Emma touch it, then start transporting people back to their respective realms? It would take sometime to transport everyone back, but it could be one possible solution to getting home.

No wonder there was only one enchanted tree left for the wardrobe 🙂
My question is, where/who did he get the enchanted wood from to build the ship?
And if he didn’t build it, who did?February 11, 2013 at 3:21 pm #172497SlurpeezParticipant@Gypsy wrote:

My question is, where/who did he get the enchanted wood from to build the ship?Robert Carlyle has said Rumple is 300-years-old, making Hook about 275-years-old. The EF likely was replete with enchanted trees centuries ago, which is where the timber for the Jolly Roger probably came from. By the time Emma was born, however, the enchanted trees had been deforested to the brink of extinction so that the magic wardrobe Geppetto carved was from the last remaining tree.
And if he didn’t build it, who did?
We won’t know how Killian became the captain of the Jolly Roger until we see his background story though. I like the theory that Killian’s father could be Davey Jones, so maybe Killian inherited the ship from dear ol’ dad.

Originally, the wardrobe was able to transport only 2 people, Pinocchio and baby Emma but no more. It did not matter that it was two really small people.
Then, Emma and Snow were going to try and get the Wardrobe to work again even though BF had said before that the magic was limited. Wonder how they were planning on getting the wardrobe to work again?
Yet Cora just scoops up some sparkly ashes and it’s enough to create a portal. Yes they needed the compass, but it seemed the purpose of the compass was just to direct them to SB, not provide additional magic.
And finally, if the enchanted wardrobe and a bottle of enchanted ashes can create portals, why is it that Hook’s ship can’t just sail anywhere? Since it is also made of enchanted wood. Why does the ship have to have a bean? It must not be the same type of wood? Or maybe they could just use the ship with the magic compass? Or maybe they just need to sprinkle some fairy dust? Have they still not been able to find a way to crush the diamonds?
Sorry, started rambling….

Perhaps enchanted wood can be used for many things. It’s not that every enchanted tree in the forest was a portal, but the magic that existed in it made it possible for it to be turned into one. Like, the tree magic is a base ingredient for a spell, and depending on what other ingredients you add to it, it can be made into anything from an indestructible ship to a portal to another world. Perhaps?

So probably the ash could only take too passengers to Storybrooke again and there were only two which get back Emma and Snow. I think a third person wasn’t possibile.
